Operation day completer they kept him overnight he was a big baby, but everyone loved him and Dr. Steiger said he just had to show him who was boss! Hubby went to pick him up next day and Dr recommended no pain killers as his pain tolerance was high and he didn't want him putting weight on the leg! Bill was around $2,200 which was a little more than the quote but we were okay with it! Follow up and stitches removal was fast and no extra charge! I was here for the visit, instructors were keep come on for 2 weeks more, and just brief walks! He examined the leg which we thought he re injured, but everything was good!! I loved it here so much I got my bischon's immunization done for $90 very happy with service here!

Trust is a big thing with my pets, and I trust all of the staff here 100 percent. They genuinely care about the pets and their customers. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My dog was pretty sick this week, and they were fantastic. They made sure that she was 100 percent before returning her, and they took the time to call me multiple times every day to discuss the progress and to keep me in the loop. They also made sure to find the cause and gave me multiple solutions to keep it from happening again. I would recommend this vet to anyone, and I would drive even further if I had to. Would never take my dog or any future pets to any other vet. In particular I dealt with Dr. Andy Mencarelli and Dr. Bruce Stover. When they took my dog off the scale it still read .2lbs as they did not tare the scale properly however I didn't pay it any mind. When I came to pick my dog up they told me that 51lbs-80lbs was the next range of pricing and this was going to cost me $100 more. I explained what happened with the scale earlier and asked to speak to the vet. When the vet came out she told me those are the rules and that she would be more then happy to send my dogs file somewhere else if I didn't like it. Pretty appaulling first impression. She could have easily saved a life long customer by simply verifying my concerns instead she was cold and uncaring. My daughter called to get an estimate of euthanizing and cremating our beloved family cat. Not and easy phone call to make. The cost was 850.00!!!! are you kidding me. Now upon cost comparing here is the difference. Calgary Pet Wellness cost was 350.00. Another company Paw Point Pet who come to your home cost was 650.00. Many other ones were called averaging around the 600.00 mark. And when speaking with each and everyone of those companies I was treated with compassion and care. Not so with Langdon Vet Clinic. Cold and uncaring, and to prey on peoples grief I find appalling. We will spend the extra money to have someone with so much compassion to come to the home.
