After yesterday's treatment, the receptionist pulled the rug on them and said they owed payment for about 20 unpaid visits, total of $900. If you've ever been to a Dr appointment using your insurance, and if you owe a payment for a previous visit, the receptionist will make sure you pay a previous balance before giving you another treatment. At the very least, they won't let you walk out before collecting a co-pay. ​This place is a legal SCAM, that takes advantage of the elderly who rely on professionals to do their job and verify insurance benefits properly. My parents paid the amount since the staff was being very aggressive towards them, and felt ashamed talking about an unpaid bill in front of other patients sitting nearby. Please find a better place that does not prey on its vulnerable patients.
