I get to the Appt (early) because I respect people's time and appreciate when mine is respected. When I walked in there were approximately 12 ppl in the waiting room. I wasn't greeted upon arriving st the front window, I told them I had a 10A Appt and was told to sign in. I asked how long the wait would be and they looked around the waiting room and shrugged. I THIS WAS THE DENTIST HERSELF! I walked out pissed! An unprofessional mess! If you value your time, don't even waste it. The previously Dentists and their team were lovely we went there for years. Truly unfortunate!

Aside from that and most important to me, you don't wait forever in a waiting room. I've only been to Garrison Dental a couple of times but every time I'm seen almost immediately. I've never waited for even ten minutes. The only slight downside to this place is their limited hours of operation. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

We asked the Office Secretory to check with insurance company and get exact what would be covered and how much would be out-of-packet expense, and agreed the out-of-pocket amount would the only (final) amount we pay before we come in for the service, but after everything done and full amount paid, and when insurance decline some of their claims, they kept coming to us to ask for more money, regardless the previous agreement. As a matter of fact, when we asked insurance company, the insurance company keep saying they use the wrong code, I wonder if they were overcharged us or over-claimed, even though we had an oral agreement only responsible for a fixed full amount before start the work. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend, I would actually advise never go to the Halliard Advanced Dentistry for any of your dental treatment, this dental office is the worst experience I ever have! very disappointed!
