I'm giving 2 stars because I was never treated rudely by the receptionist or apprentice that did my lashes. My first appointment I booked a new look natural set with an ARTIST. I got there at 8am. Everything went fine, they looked ok & I purchased the cleanser suggested. That next day I had a bunch of lashes fall out of my left eye. Immediately I try to call & can't receive anyone so I ended up calling again a couple days later & having to leave a voicemail. No response & now I have to go back to work ( I'm a cosmetologist with a hectic work week, at work I'm often dbl booked & not done till after business hours). So, I call in between my clients a couple more times & not able to reach a person. I leave another VM saying I think I was accidentally given an apprentice instead of an artist because I have way to many lashes falling out for it to be someone with practical craftsmanship under their belt. I finally get a call back & told normally they won't do complimentary fills of its more than a week out but in this case they would, so she reschedules me. I get there & it's with the SAME GAL! I decide to give it a try, the lashes look okay again. I go to schedule my future fill & make it with this gal. I just looked at my appt reminder in my email & it says with APPRENTICE!! I KNEW IT- THEY SCHEDULED ME THE WHOLE TIME WITH APPRENTICE WHEN IM PAYING ARTIST PRICE. I'm not happy & cancelling. read more

Honestly, I just came out and I am baffled. This is my third time coming in, in over a month. My first time I was excited. The lash tech was nice but I feel like she used so much glue and my lashes fell over night. I came back the following day and Geneva was great and helped me out and fixed my lashes. However, I came back today and I was surprised but Genevas lack of customer service. She was very dismissive from the beginning of the lobby. She first off asked if I needed the blanket and I said no. I laid down my items on my stomach since this time she didn't offer a place to put them. She proceeded by asking do you want the same thing as last time, I tried explaining what I needed however, she rudely interrupted and kept saying "up" she was requesting i lift my head. I got a bit startled with her aggressive tone and I didn't get the chance to finish explaining myself. Throughout the whole process she kept tugging on my lashes very aggressively. I felt her rip some of my natural lashes off. She kept gasping as if she was annoyed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she was sick but it was apparent that she did not want to service me. I was ready to come in and tip her well as I didn't get the opportunity the previous time since it was a no charge service. I think it's fair I didn't tip her again because of her behavior, lack of care and attitude towards me. Her behavior was a complete 180 from last time. Additionally, my lashes are titled and not sticking up straight like regular lashes. Quality and service are a no go. It's unfortunate as this location is close to my house and I was excited to become a regular. read more

[Hit or Miss Lately] I have been coming to Cherry Lash for years now but I think I'm going to have to start looking for a new place. My experience has always been wonderful until recently. I'm not sure if they've changed management or what's going on, but I've had a few issues with scheduling and quality not being as great as it has been in the past. I will update this review if my opinion changes as I notice how the retention is but as of right now I am LOVING Cherry Lash. I have had extensions in the past and have never been able to achieve the look I want. I've just always felt like the lash artist does what they want or think looks best without actually listening to my requests. I don't feel that way at all about Cherry Lash. I had started going to a salon nearby and had terrible retention and they kept insisting that it was because I have oily skin/lids even though its never been an issue for me in the past. I decided to go to Cherry Lash last minute and not only were they able to get me in right away, they were so patient with my billion questions about the adhesive, lashes, etc and that was just the girl answering the phone for the main number. When I got there I was pretty specific about what look exactly I wanted and the lash artist, Nicole, was so sweet and thorough explaining everything and asking detailed questions about length, curl, desired style and helping me figure out what we needed to do to achieve the look I wanted. She assured me that if I noticed poor retention or have issues with the glue that they would help me fix it and we got started. The recliners and weighted blanket were awesome. It was super comfortable and they even did a complimentary lip treatment while I got my full set. The only negative I have was all the background noise/talking that you can hear from the inside of the lounge but it really wasn't that big of a deal. When we finished Nicole discussed after care with me at length and again reassured me that if I notice any issues with my retention due to my oily skin/glue not being enough for me that they would get me in for a fix. She recommended I get the cleanser and I really appreciated that she didn't shove a million other products down my throat. Its only been a day so I still have to see what happens but aside from two random little lashes that fell off when I woke up, I haven't had any fall out and am looking forward to seeing how long they stay. Let me just say Cherry Lash on Rainbow presents a very laid back, clean, professional setting. I feel comforted with their weighted, soft blankets that they kindly ask with permission. So after Cherrylash made one of my previous visits right, tonight I wake up in pain after a fill plus. My eyes look like I have pink eye and it literally hurt to have my eyes shut. Like whoever did my lashes clustered so many on each individual lash I can feel where the fans come together and it's painful. I was nervous during my "lash appointment" because the majority of the time my lash line felt itchy as she applied them but I thought since my seasonal allergies were acting up that may be the reason? When she was finished she gave me a mirror and holy shit they were so thick they look super ridiculously fake. And not like pretty fake but like what was she thinking fake, like if it was a windy day the wind could potentially flip my eyelid because it's so thick. I just figured I'd like them better after about 20 percent of them shed. And the lashes on the end of my eye don't even really blend in they like stick out and there's space. So much in fact I had to have her remove some at the end because they were sticking to the bottom. It doesn't flow exactly. All I want are lashes like cherry used to do. The beautiful full cleopatra sets where it wasn't glaringly obvious they were lash extensions. I've woken up twice already because my eyes hurt. During those 10 years I have tried discount places, bought cheaper sets in Groupon & tried family friends. It always turned out with me going back to Cherry Lash as by the time I paid to upgrade the lashes to Cherry Lash quality & the style I wanted, I was paying the same or more for inferior lashes. I've been to both locations (Eastern - Henderson and Rainbow - Southwest) with my first visit being a little less than a year or so ago. I've been coming back ever since! - Lash Artists work both locations - Booking an appointment is extremely convenient - you can use their website or call in and speak to a friendly receptionist. While booking ahead is always smart, I've been able to sneak in same day appointments (for those of you in a lash emergency - totally worth it to check same day availability!) - Foreign fills are welcome. Great way for new clients to experience this salon as not all offer foreign fills. This means if you received an original full set of lashes from a different salon or lash artist, you are still able to make an appointment and bring your lashes back to life! - There are different levels of lash artists available to choose from based on your preference and price point. Order of least experience to most would go: Apprentice Artist, Lash Artist, Master Artist. Classic fills can start as low as $39.99 with an Apprentice Artist, increasing by $10.00 for a higher level artist. I always get the feather fills for $69.00 with a Lash Artist which is a fabulous deal for a volume fill - Each fan of lashes are custom made! I find the lash fans here look great, feel light, and stay on longer than other salon lashes - Complimentary mini water bottles are always available - Pre COVID they offered you a weighted blanket (love!) while you got your lashes done. They also offered a complimentary lip mask/moisturizer which always felt like a facial for my lips - Tori is my personal favorite - 100% recommend going to her! With cherry your going to get comments about your lashes but the question is always going to be "are those yours" go ahead and tell them "yep!" UPDATE from previous service. Store manager reached out and brought me in with a master tech and decided to try eliminating the primer that was being used and using an alternative (upon reviewing my services she felt this was the issue and assured no changes in product). So far I am 5 days in with minimal fall out. So far it seems to be working out better so I really hope this was the issue because I really do love coming to this place. Still want to see how they look at a full 2 weeks in hopes there is no major fall out like the previous visits. Grateful that they reached out in efforts to at least try and figure out the cause of the issue. Will update after a full 2-2.5 weeks! read more

Every time I travel I ask myself why aren't they franchised, I'm from Jersey and their still using nova lash! HORRIBLE! I've been wearing eyelash extensions for years, from various different artists, whom all use various different brands/ adhesive. I promise you, you will not find better! The lashes are simply amazing, light feeling and soft just like natural lashes! I don't know about you, but for me there's no worse feeling then a heavy set of lashes, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this! At Cherry I always book with a master artist, being that they are most experienced. The lash tech you chose depends slightly on the price you pay, as well as the set and style you pick. Cherry offers three different types of stylist for lashes, lash apprentice, lash artist, and master, they each speak for themselves. It just depends on your preference! I've seen lash artists in the past, and masters and honestly the work is all great! Another plus about Cherry are the featherized lashes, which basically are 4/5d fans they custom make on each lash! I love featherized lashes, they look super natural and lay so beautifully! There's no other option for me! Cherry also offers bottom lashes!! Yes I said bottom! No where else in Las Vegas that I've heard of, provides this service! Bottom lashes compliment top lashes so well, and look so pretty! They offer 30 minute bottoms or a full hour. Obviously the main reason I stick with cherry is simply because the quality of work is the best, but most importantly I wear make up often, and I'm very heavy with hands. My lashes last, and I don't have to worry about them falling out and looking clumpy. I go every two 2 - 2 & a 1/2 weeks but I know people that go every four weeks! Naturally I have a lot of lashes so I tend to go with the ravishing feathwrzied set, and 30 minute bottoms. This is my first time getting eyelash extensions here in the vegas and my first shop (and hopefully my last!!) I entered the establishment and ironically a cherry smell was waiting for me. I checked in with the staff who were professional and courteous. I only waited about 5 minutes for my lash lady (Denise). We entered another set of doors and inside was big comfy black chairs with black curtains separating each chairs. They also give you this huge gravity blanket to keep you warm and cozy! Denise asked if it was my first experience which it was. Then she promptly told me all the different types and different styles and gave me her opinions but still wanted to hear what kind of look I wanted and then gave her advice. She then set to work and was done in about an hour and half. She did a great job and I was happy to say I booked a follow up with her again! I love my lashes !! This establishment is so clean and great smelling. They play peaceful music and are a great staff! read more
