They were incredibly efficient with their time, handled all of my items with great care, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Moving can be extremely stressful and they were able to alleviate that stress. Great people, great value and actually came back a little under what they had originally quoted me even after staying a little longer than planned to install our frame TV! I cannot recommend them enough. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring moving team, ask for Keith and Luis. 5 stars all the way.

I reached out to multiple people on Yelp and had the top 3 companies come out for a consultation. I ended up hiring Move It On Up because they gave me a competitive bid and frankly just seemed more confident in their ability to do the job. We needed to split the move over two days because we wanted to leave our house staged to sell. The first move, they arrived with 4 people and a truck and got to work packing everything. The girls packed and Keith and Luis moved everything to the truck. They literally ran everywhere they went from 8am-5:30pm. The move went perfect and they finished in the exact time they had estimated in the initial walk through. Not a thing broke in the move. For the second move, it was a week later and it was all of the remaining furniture. Keith, Luis and one other guy showed up with a truck at 8am. They moved everything out again in the exact amount of time they had estimated. They were running the whole time like on day one! When it was all said and done, I owed him the exact amount that he had quoted me for the whole move. Everything made it safely to the old house and we were extremely happy with the service provided. I will recommend Move It On Up to anyone I talk to that is looking for movers!

Julius replied to my yelp message right away and we set up an appointment. Julius and an employee came to the property on the day of the appointment even though it was raining. Julius had tools like a saw and a tool for removing paver stones which enabled them to remove all the junk easily. They had to trudge through the mud to get this all done, and there were even some surprise hornet's nests to deal with. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need junk hauling. Julius will be my first call next time as well. Many thanks to this business for their outstanding service and reasonable price as well!

After speaking with other servicing companies, he found Sunset International Shipping. They went over the moving/shipping process, covered costs, and reassured my uncle that there was extreme care placed into the items being moved. After sorting out all the details, we set a date for the move. Upon arrival, the staff of Sunset assessed my uncle's belongings. There were very important pieces that required specific care such as the piano and the marble dining table. They kept open communication with us as they packed everything, making sure we were on board with the process. Once everything was packed, we thanked the moving crew for their attention to detail with my uncle's belongings. But you know what the best part is? When you reopen the packaged belongings and find that everything was in the same condition before the whole move. My uncle called me, saying he was extremely satisfied with Sunset!

I cannot recommend this business and, were it possible, would rate it zero stars. During my approximately 20 minute visit, two employees a white male and a Hispanic coworker engaged in a loud, heated, and public verbal argument right in front of me. The dispute became particularly unsettling when the white male employee began disrespecting his coworker. The owner's attempt to manage this volatile situation was inadequate and ineffective. She simply told the aggressive male employee to "walk it off," a directive he visibly ignored. This lack of managerial control and the obvious toxic work environment were alarming. The experience was so distressing that I briefly offered "Leo" a job on the spot as a hot shot driver, purely based on my observation of the gut-wrenching professional circumstances he was enduring. I chose this location as a temporary alternative because my preferred shop was fully booked, but the negative experience has ensured I will not be returning. Potential customers should be warned the unprofessional behavior and apparent lack of workplace control make this a business to avoid. I am just glad i didn't have my kiddos with me. Terrible!!!!!

This was sprung on us completely out of the blue and we didn't have a lot of resources to just pick a removal service out of a hat. After calling around and getting outrageous quotes, our friend assured us that Edgar would be very reasonable and he was! Now, this isn't a huge well known business like the "Got Junk" guys or Waste Mgmt, it's a small, local and family owned business, but he really does take his job seriously. Again this was an unexpected situation but they came through for us. When I called, the owner Edgar, was really nice as I explained the situation to him. I went over the time we needed the dumpster, the address and that was it. On the actual day, he arrived at the scheduled time, left the dumpster and let us get on with it. The payment process was very easy. We took care of the payment when the dumpster was dropped off and there were no extra "hidden" fees. It was a flat and very very reasonable rate. What we really appreciated was that this company didn't rush us at all! When I previously called around to other places, a lot of them had a cap on the time you were allotted once they made the drop off. Or if you went over that time, you had to pay more etc etc. But, they didn't do that here. He assured us that we could take our time and just call him when we were done. Once we finished, I called Edgar and he assured me he would be by to make the pick up. My sisters and I were blown away by the service. We were in a stressful situation and this company made everything simple. It definitely gave us a much needed break. The company is a local business and they serve Houston and the surrounding areas. Overall, I recommend this company if you're doing home renovations and need a junk removal service.
