My daughter was born on May 8, 2026, and thanks to all of you, this day will always remain one of the happiest and most beautiful memories of my life. My labor and delivery went smoothly and wonderfully. The entire team was professional, attentive, and well-coordinated. Everything was done at exactly the right time, and I felt genuinely cared for, supported, and safe throughout the entire experience. I would especially like to thank Svetlana Naymark. She arrived at exactly the right moment and handled everything quickly, confidently, and professionally. Having someone like her by your side truly makes you feel that you are in the best hands. My daughter was born beautiful and healthy -- and even with a perfectly round little head! I also recovered very quickly after giving birth, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for that as well. I have nothing but warm and happy memories of one of the most important days of our family's life. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, care, and for making the birth of my daughter such a smooth, peaceful, and positive experience!

Best hospital in Colorado without question. Best doctors, best nurses, best care. You get out of…read morehealth care what you put into it. This hospital will do everything possible to heal you. Spent 30 days here after a 12 foot fall. 18 surgeries, 3 1/2 years of treatment, and the surgeon that saved my leg was one of only 6 in the nation that performed this procedure. Speaking as a health care provider, there is none better than UC Health.

I had a negative experience with one particular hospitalist and I had submitted a formal request to amend my medical records. I was notified today that request was denied. So not only did the doctor talk to me with sarcasm, refuse to answer my questions about my own body, diagnose me with a mental disorder, and LIE about my actions while I was very sick, UCHealth is also defending him. I am angry and disappointed. At no point during my stay did I raise my voice, become belligerent with staff, or treat them with disrespect. Yet when I ask for that same treatment I am gaslit. I've gone through all the formal channels for this to be resolved and social media is my last effort to air it all out there. No patient should ever be talked to like Dr Guy Adair talked to me. You acknowledged my previous review that mentioned my negative experience but I was mostly positive about my care. Why? Because I assumed you would throughly investigate my amendment request and make it right. You're better than this and patients deserve better.

It is on Sable, on the East (right) side of the street when headed North. This was before you got to 6th Avenue. It is a large building shared with many other businesses. The hours are posted on the door. When I got there, their computer system was down too, which made looking up records difficult. Nevertheless, we got the appointment completed. You do still need to wear a mask per business rules. There is a lot of seating in the lobby and lots of stations to talk to intake. I can see this place can be very busy. The people were very kind and helpful. We joked about my high bp and that I needed a few minutes to 'calm down' before taking it. Turned out magnificent! They even gave me a better 'card' for next time. I plan to return as they are actually closer than the Brighton clinic. Plus, the ladies were a delight to chat with.

Although I miss Dr. V, I still consider this clinic to be my home go-to one. I was a very VERY…read moreregular patient here, we're talking weekly basis here (much less now due to decreased need) and loved how the staff made me feel like family. My family and I have lived in Green Valley Ranch since before there was a King Soopers - there was only a gas station out here. We've watched it grow and were ecstatic to finally have our own clinic. I've built a great professional relationship with these people. I've treated them with respect and kindness and have gotten the same in return. I've noticed appointment availability has gone down but this can't really be helped. It would be nice if we got another health care clinic in Green Valley Ranch. The neighborhood is growing like CRAZY! I've been to many, many doctors in my life and can say that the wait times for your appointment here are typically very brief. Doctors (vets included!) can get really busy and often times I've found myself waiting an easy 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to finally see the doctor. That's not the case here and I can say that in my experience, this has been rare. The facility is very clean and kept up well. The chairs in the waiting room are plentiful in that you don't have to worry about bringing extra family members with you to your appointment. Trust me, I've been to some offices that were filled to the brim! That makes for a really uncomfortable experience. I'm very surprised of the bad review here - I think the frustration needs to be directed at the need for more medical care in general. It's normal to feel frustrated when you feel your needs weren't directly met, but I think it's unrealistic to expect a clinic to drop everything and satisfy your care and give same day appointments when it's simply not possible for them to do it anymore. There is an urgent care next door for those in dire need. My mom has used this several times when she's gotten sick - she didn't expect to get a same day appointment at a doctor's office. I think we've been spoiled a bit by this clinic in that it started off a lot less busy and you could very easily see a doctor the same day. This clinic has become a lot busier as it is the only one in the nearby vicinity in a rapidly growing neighborhood. Appointments do take longer and the staff have become increasingly busy and swamped. It's difficult to try and meet everyone's expectations. But I think compassion should be practiced instead of passive aggressively slamming a place on Yelp that was once loved and and one had once been loyal to. That's not what review websites like these are for. Problems like these are best addressed to be dealt with directly with communication and in a civilized manner. Dr. V is special in that she's kind to everyone and seemed to have an unlimited amount of patience. The staff are kind as well, but I can tell they're probably more like me (and most people!): Human. If you're rude to staff and put them down, don't expect them to bend over for you. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you. I promise. Be rude and impatient with them, and they'll probably dread you coming into the door. Dr. V was just a special type of person in that even if you're rude and nearly intolerable to be around, she would still be kind and understanding towards you. Because of the amount of time I spent here, I probably know the [veteran] staff more than your average patient. I'm not a big people person but they definitely gained my trust over time. What I'm saying is, in the event that someone liked Dr. V and disliked the staff here, it was probably that someone and not the fault of staff. Dr. V gave compassion and patience to even those that did not deserve it. So even patients from hell probably liked her. Some advice for those dealing with this clinic and elsewhere: I think it's natural to want to have that awesome doctor any place. We all want to have the best and most convenient care for ourselves with the most compassionate of doctors. But let's not forget to remember doctors, nurses and staff are human too and they would like patients who practice respect and are easygoing, not angry, frustrated ones with poor control over their emotions. Just like no patient wants to deal with a doctor like that, no doctor or clinic wants to deal with a patient like that. And yet, we all end up dealing with each other. I haven't worked in healthcare but I can't imagine how stressful it can be sometimes, especially when dealing with sick people who aren't at their best. Everyone's going to make mistakes sometimes, even at a doctor's office. This is the only clinic in Green Valley Ranch right now so let's all try to practice some respect and patience with one another.

My initial impression was that this place was awesome. Short wait, nice staff, nice doctor…read more However that changed after I dropped off some paperwork that I needed filled out and returned within 14 days to give to my employer. After a week, I found out that the person that I'd left the paperwork with has never given it to the doctor and no one could find it. I reprinted and dropped off form again. When I received the completed, some information was missing that needed to be included. I asked for a letter to be written and what the letter needed to say to fill in the gaps that were not covered in the form. Instead of doing as I asked, I was given a newly dated copy of a letter that I'd previously been given that didn't provide the needed information. I stressed to everyone that I spoke with regarding this matter why it was so important and the timeframe which I had to work within. I never received what I needed. They are all very nice people, my impression now is that they don't care. This matter was very important to me, but I don't feel that I as a patient, or a customer matter to them. I went to the doctor because I was not feeling well. I didn't need this in top of already being sick.
