She asked me about it and I said, 'that's that new company, Eucephalus Environmental.' So I wrote the right address on it. You get it?" Sure enough, I get home and check the envelope, and the original street address is some street that I've never heard of, crossed out, with my actual address printed above. When you live in the sticks, you sometimes wonder why the hell you chose to live out in the sticks. And then someone whaps you upside the head with a reminder.

He was also very patient as I had 25 little packages to ship out to various locations! It took us probably close to an hour to get it all taken care of, but he was so polite and we had fun conversation the whole time. The price pretty much matched quotes I got from other locations. They also have what looks like a lot of local business products like necklaces, cards and calendars, candles, etc. Definitely plan on using them again for any of our postal needs!

Great staff, wonderful location, and no waiting in a huge line!! I've been to Redding 2 post office locations and they are awful. The downtown location has homeless hitting up every person as they approach. The other location has a hour-long line to wait every time I've been there, no matter the hour. I am personally trying to avoid other businesses that compete with the USPS to help keep these smaller, rural offices open.

Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.

Thankfully we'd gone to the Mail Biz store on Hilltop a couple weeks ago for different services but I decided to see if they could fax and they absolutely do. I found out they offer a lot of the same services as fed ex and their costs are quite a bit less. Oh and their customer service has been excellent both times we've gone. Better for dropping off packages you wanna send than picking up stuff. You can Purchase Packaging Supplies or Purchase a UPS shipping labels and send whatever you need. Service here is decent. If you have a UPS account like I do, you can print you own shipping labels at home and charge to you account and then all you gotta do is slap the label on and drop off the package at any UPS store location. If you want a "real" UPS store, then you have to go to Redding.
