The woman who works here has no respect or customer service. One, she came to work late. She came flying through the parking lot in her car almost hits me. Screaming and yelling at me to move my van off of her property because I've been there all morning. Umm no I wasn't. I got here at nine for my pick up and had no service to use the app. So I've been sitting here waiting for it to slowly load. She goes I have cameras, okay well run it back it will show you me pulling it at 9 am. Now there was another suv sitting there when we pulled in. I did leave to get service so I can get the code to the lock box to get the key out. I clearly had the key in my hand. They will not receive any more of my money as well as to anyone I know. I did file a complaint with RPD contacted U-Haul. Lane is who is the field manager for in town stores for U-Haul they were really helpful.

When making the appointment I asked about the method of cleaning and Morgan took the time to explain the process. TRUST: If you want to talk trust try moving every piece of furniture out of two living rooms and some bedrooms onto your back patio (no rain thankfully). I was relieved when Morgan showed up not only on time but 10 minutes early. Big sigh of relief. RESULTS: Morgan spent ample time to thoroughly treat and clean our carpets and the results were outstanding.
