They swooped in like knight and shinning plumbers and cleared the blockage with speed and efficiency!! Forrest was such a down to earth and friendly fellow. The final cost of the services provided totaled more than the original quote but he only charged us what he originally quoted and that tells me all I needed to know about his character and what a rarity it is to find a company like that these days!!

We had a two-story entryway that needing painting and they wound up painting the upstairs hallway so that they were done at the same time. Their pricing was in line or better than other estimates we received. We only had them paint the walls (since I was waiting to paint the trim during a later project). I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. Excellent explanation of the process and the time it would take. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! They had let me know if I wanted them to work a longer day that they could have it done in one day and they delivered! The attention to detail and quality of the work makes me highly recommend them for your interior painting needs!

Great follow up questions to ensure that the quote was accurate. Randy showed up right on time and was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest about the efforts needed for certain projects and took photos for future project estimates. He completed our three small projects in half the time estimated, which greatly reduced our costs as well. It was affordable and we felt he was trustworthy and very competent. I am highly likely to both recommend Ace Handyman and request Randy for future larger projects. They stay tuned for an update if we have them close off a room for us and redo/tile our master shower.

He was polite and seemed knowledgeable, but it took him over 5 hours to do a 1-hour job, and the result was very poor. He disregarded the printed instructions I provided, cut one of the trim pieces too short, and installed the door closure too high, so that there are screws protruding through the door. As a result, I have had to purchase a new trim piece and pay another installer to correct his work. But the thing that I find most disheartening about the experience is that I contacted Ace before posting this review to give them a chance to make it right, and they have not responded. I will not do business with them again.

Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive, and the team was professional, courteous, and respectful while working in our home. While the three lights might sound like a simple project, the locations made it far from easy. Two of them were positioned in spots that were nearly impossible for me to reach or install safely myself. The third required relocating an existing fixture upslope on a vaulted ceiling and centering it perfectly over our dining room table. They handled it flawlessly. The work was clean, precise, and done right the first time. It's clear these guys take pride in their craft. I would gladly recommend Paxton Electric to anyone looking for reliable, skilled electricians. Mason, Will, and Christian were fantastic to work with.
