Based on only trying two dishes my conclusion is that they serve Arizona Style American Chinese Food. It is far less complex, less flavorful, and much less spicy than east coast American take out Chinese Food. It's not bad food in anyway so if you are from Arizona it is very good food. The food stayed piping hot and it did taste much better with just a spoonful of chili crisp added more flavors and some needed heat.
