My experience with this law office was very disappointing. The front office staff came across as…read morearrogant and dismissive, and the attorney seemed more focused on speaking in overly complicated legal terminology than communicating clearly and professionally with clients. Unfortunately, it felt more like an attempt to talk above clients rather than provide helpful guidance. I also felt that important information was not fully explained, which raised concerns about their communication and overall transparency. In several instances, I was repeatedly told that the attorney was "in a meeting," while staff members appeared to be casually socializing throughout the office. The environment did not reflect the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a law firm. Overall, I found the office to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacking genuine concern for clients.
