My husband avoids certain veggies in our day to day (texture) and the way Chef Josh cooks - well we've never left a plate bare, I can tell you that much. And when Chef Josh isn't looking.. we may have licked our plates clean. Pickling, crisping, pureeing, caramelizing - everything he puts in front of you "WOWs".
