We recently had the incredible privilege of booking Daniel as a private chef during our stay at an Airbnb in Joshua Tree, and it was truly one of the most memorable parts of our trip. We came from out of state as a group of 10, and Daniel went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. He prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for all us! The food was exceptional! It was like dining at a luxury resort in the middle of the desert. Every dish was beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor, making me feel like royalty throughout the experience. Daniel's warm and friendly personality made the evening even more special. You can tell he's incredibly passionate about his craft, and it shows in every detail. Having Daniel take care of us was an absolute privilege. If you're looking to elevate your stay in Joshua Tree, Daniel is the chef you need. It wasn't just a meal; it was a truly unforgettable experience! read more

My husband and I hired Chef Daniel to recreate our wedding meal for our 5 year wedding anniversary celebration with our close friends at a vacation home in Joshua Tree. He was so kind, helpful, creative, and communicative in the prep process. On the day of the event, he came to the house early, was super efficient and even helped us start a fire pit in the backyard. He surprised us by making beautiful custom menus as well. Most of all, the food was AMAZING. It was even better than our wedding meal. I still think about the hamachi and citrus chili oil he made. He sent us home with all of the extras and leftovers and tips on how to prepare it all, and we got to enjoy his food for a couple more days after. I loved working with him and will definitely work with him again! read more

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to share how incredible our experience was with Chef Daniel. He was the private chef for our recent yoga retreat, and every single meal he prepared was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor--nourishing, vibrant, and thoughtfully crafted. It's hard to find food that's both deeply satisfying and truly healthy, but Daniel nailed it every time. You could tell he pours his heart into his cooking, and it elevated the entire retreat experience. I still dream about some of the meals he made! If you're hosting an event, retreat, or just want a one-of-a-kind dining experience, I can't recommend Chef Daniel enough. He's a gift! 10/10!!! read more
