Just not on Tuesdays because that is their day off ;) This bakery is in a house and may look unassuming but they stayed busy! We were greeted by a sincerely cheerful young guy as we open the front door. Entering from a wood porch, of course. Junior's Mother & Father are directly behind him, clearly visible through a large plate glass window rolling dough and making magic. The son patiently guides us through all of what's left from this morning's fresh-baked offerings. Not surprisingly, more than half the treats are gone at 12:30 in the afternoon. Clearly the locals know a good thing. He advises us to come earlier next time - 8-9am - so we may choose anything baked fresh that day. We opted for way too many items and then sat out on the front porch enjoying a few tasty tidbits. Junior told us his parents are from Venezuela and Portugal. Gotta say these folks really know how to prepare delicious breads and pastries. We will most definitely go back. A great small family-owned business operated by folks who know how to do some simple things very well. Fresh. Delicious. Delightful. Good stuff!

It was already 430 when we stopped in so they were long from closing for the day so it was kind of cleared out. Nonetheless I actually looked up their Instagram page and say they had chocolate chip cookies in. You already know! I was there for those. I made a point of stopping in the next afternoon and they were more stocked with goodies. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious! Must try of brownies, cinnamon rolls and turnovers. This would be a great place to have your cupcakes made for a party instead of a corporate establishment. Prices are great for what you get and everything is made same day no leftovers. This place is a must try!

The cupcakes I received were for a Cinco de Mayo/Taco Tuesday event that I was hosting. Each taco was made perfectly and the design is so accurate. The cupcakes flavors were churro so that was a great addition to the theme. I also ordered a customs cake and it came out awesome! 6 layers worth of funfetti and topped with mini donuts. I was very specific about what I was looking for and luckily Envy cupcakes was so patient to handle my order. Great communication with one another to verify everything was accurate. Unfortunately the young man helping us yesterday seemed to be in a not so happy mood and it really did put a damper on the experience. We were hesitant to ask for samples as the energy just wasn't welcoming. I think if we would have came on a different day with another individual we would have had a different experience. There were some unique flavors but nothing stood out like the cookie butter crunch. I couldn't bring myself to order it for a full scoop because it is so rich. I ordered butter pecan which could have been more pecany and the chocolate chip cookie dough which was the show stopper for me. Good ice cream overall but ive had better. Additionally, they allow you to make a shake out of any flavor so that was pretty cool. We didn't get much additional information about their "build your own churn"but based on their menu it seems like a custom build your own flavor of some sort. The total for 2 scoops and a milkshake was around 25 dollars.
