We had a unique circumstance as we decided to conduct a small private ceremony in 2020 and host our larger wedding ceremony in 2021 due to the government mandates around hosting larger gatherings during the pandemic. Ali provided her expertise during both of our wedding ceremonies, flawlessly helping us change venues, conducting all of the necessary vendor conversations and making design recommendations to bring the Disney fairytale wedding of my dreams to life! Venue staff put our needs first, and they were extremely attentive and flexible. Shannon was our venue contact. She was absolutely delightful to work with. Shannon was responsive, polite, and assisted greatly as an industry liaison. She was certainly a major contributor to the success of the event. We had several unanticipated changes the day before the wedding. The Manor House worked with us to create an outcome better than previously planned. It didn't look very well attended and now we know why. They must have known something that we didn't. I have been to several Mother's Day Buffets there and I know that they know better than to charge $55.00/person for the cheap garbage they foisted on the guests. How many ways can they serve PORK(the cheapest meat on the market and half the price of a pound of hamburger), along with dozens of hard boiled eggs at less than 2.00/doz., some beef that was tough and obviously a low price cut or mystery meat. The salads were sparse, there were no cheese selections at all, no juices served, and not a single vegetable was on the menu. I don't believe that I have EVER been to a buffet that didn't at least serve green beans(but then, right now they cost more/pound than pork). The buffet was FULL of "filler foods" like donuts and muffins. The service was terrible. If you wanted something to drink, you had to go get it yourself. That "buffet" wasn't even worth $150. let alone $275.00 There was a sign out front that said "Mother's Day Buffet". We will not be stupid enough to be "taken" a second time. We will NOT be back.

Our photo shoot was totally rushed about 20 minutes in all. We were wanting family of 4 photos and our two boys photos done. When we scheduled the appointment we expressed that we would like to purchase the rights to the photos, we were told this was an option and that we would receive all the edited photos in an app. We show up on the day of our photo viewing and the girl working was just finishing up putting a slide show together of about 20 photos. We view the slide show and she begins to go over prices going all the way up to the mid $600's to get everything. We tell her what we were told and she said she would burn the photos to a disk. So we go that night to print off the photos that my wife and I have been waiting for, we can't print them because all the photos are low resolution. So we call and email Tracy she says she will make a new disc and leave it in the drop box, so we drive back out to Mason for a 3rd time to get the disc. Tonight October 29th we go to get pictures made load the disc and we find that none of the pictures are edited or touched up. We make it work touch them up ourselves at the place we are having them printed. Go back 3 hours later to pick up the canvas prints we had made, they won't give them to us because Tracy did not give us a release saying we could print them. Now myself not being a photographer would think if I were a photographer being in business I would give my clients a release so they would not run into problems. Very frustrated after spending over $250 for a 20 minute photo shoot, getting the wrong disc, getting a new disc with unedited photos, now not being able to print the photos. ******************On a positive note********************** Tracy was very good with out two year old, getting him to laugh, and getting him to pose. The studio was absolutely beautiful and the sets and props she has available at her location are amazing. *******************Update******************** So I wanted to update my review, after a few emails back and forth I was able to get my pictures printed. I received our canvas prints today and I must say they are absolutely amazing. I would have gave Little Rascals and Tracy 5 stars if it were not for the few mentioned problems I ran into along the way. I would definitely return and recommend her to anyone looking to have high quality photography.
