What should of been a 5 min fix with closing a account is still unresolved and told that no one at the bank branch level can help resolve it. Pretty much blown off for the most part. Have been doing business with PNC for years but it seems like they are more interested in collecting fees and charging you for services, that should be no charge for administrative issues. This is the second time they were more then happy to make us pay for stuff that would be covered in other business, either by a manager or customer retention group. I don't think I will be using PNC anytime in the future.

They advised me everything was good & I was approved & I would receive $2000 to my bank account which I never did. My bank is withholdong $135 as the said the deposit was not good!
