This company is one of those low credit/no credit bottom-feeder payday loan outfits that you always…read moresee advertising online or television. I never heard of them until I got a letter asking me to pay for a loan someone took out in my name. Apparently, even in this day of horrible identity theft, it is legal for any idiot sitting at a computer to apply for a loan with your name, address, and social security number. Then this company wires the crook your money, even if the bank account is in someone else's name! The perpetrator never even has to leave home. Then, it is up to you to get a police report, send it in, with a copy of your drivers license (!) to clear your name, since they were such good stewArds of your personal information to begin with. I would be willing to bet that at least a third of their loans are completely fraudulent to begin with. But, who cares? For every victim like me, they make the loan process so easy, they get two other suckers to agree to 799 percent APR on a thousand dollar loan. What a trash business.
