They withdrew money from my account prematurely two days after I had made an arrangement for a set…read moredue date a week later. I read the contract about payments, dates, interest, etc. However, when I called about the discrepancy, they claimed I was in a debt status because a check had been returned. I checked my bank account and no such thing had happened, yet it was enough for them to break arrangement and take the money early despite me consistently calling in to make sure everything was going well. I am angry and frustrated. The lady I spoke with on the phone made no attempt to fix the situation or to validate my frustration on how my bank records didn't match her status, but had an, "oh well" attitude. Never go here if you want honest, thorough and proactive customer service.
