The building is modern, clean, and has ample parking. The employees that I interacted with were prompt and friendly. They made a license renewal process relatively easy. My only complaint is that my new license photo has me looking a little like Jabba the Hutt but this is probably more of a me issue versus the camera issue. Overall it was a positive affordable experience, which is rare when it comes to automotive related services in Rhode Island.

We went shopping this morning in South County and my husband's car battery died. We called AAA and…read morethe dispatcher said it was going to take 30-45 min for the mobile assistance to arrive. We were giving a link to track the progress of the arrival, but it kept giving some erroneous information. We called the dispatcher a few times and even though the lady was nice, she kept giving us information that did not agree with what the AAA guy knew and/or said upon arrival. There seemed to be a disconnect between the dispatcher and the person coming to help us. We also were given the contact information of the guy, but even though we tried to chat and phone call the number, it did not go through. When Don, the guy arrived, he said, nothing comes through via his cellphone... Anyway, he checked the battery and it was dead....so we ended up buying a new battery on the spot...about $200. Easy.

Since moving to the Coventry/West Warwick area more than five years ago, I chose this local bank, and have not regretted my decision. I have received excellent service at this branch, and the employees have the right combination of friendly and professional, both the tellers and the bankers. This location sometimes gets busy, but the tellers keep the line moving. It was also as a customer of Centreville Bank that I became acquainted with the convenience of direct deposit and online banking. I'm not a big computer geek, but their online banking website is very easy to use, and I like being able to transfer money between multiple accounts to manage my finances as needed. The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars, instead of 5, is that this part of Tiogue Avenue has INSANE traffic. The bank is right across the street from a shopping plaza and a Speedway gas station, and right next to a popular local bakery. After too many harrowing experiences trying to pull out of the bank and take a left onto Tiogue Avenue (even with a middle turning lane!), I now always turn right onto Tiogue Avenue. If I need to go the other way, I will go into another parking lot to turn around.
