She literally arrived at 2:01 pm to find locked doors on a Friday (not a holiday). A day when most people get paid. Sent her to Snowflake and it was closed as well. tried calling Snowflake and got a "all associates busy message" and nothing. Called corporate which did answer, the person on the phone was surprised to hear that they were closed and attempted to call Snowflake only to find that no one was home. This money (substantial amount) was for business equipment desperately needed and the seller was available at the time and won't be for rest of year. This will seriously impact us. I emailed Mark Young the CEO however the last time they screwed me I never received a response from anyone. I am a businessman, If i treated my customers like this I would not be one anymore. It is a very simple thing to go into your google account and adjust your hours, I do it all the time. Shabby! Never again, do not trust this business

Over the course of about 4 years I've probably gotten close to 20-30 overdraft fees because I don't keep a lot of money at this bank and the available funds amount constantly goes up and down when you check it. I suspect this bank tells you you have more money than you actually do and gets you to spend close to that amount specifically to collect overdraft fees. I will consistently check my account to see if there is enough money (hopefully their website/app isn't down again), make a purchase with confidence knowing I just checked my account for available funds, make a purchase, have that transaction put on hold for a few days (remember, the available funds randomly go up and down) and check back to find an overdraft fee. Shame on me for keeping this bank account and keeping this bank in business. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees that I highly suspect they are banking on it. There is something very suspicious about this bank. YE BE WARNED.

After getting paid on 3/31/26 I balance transfer on 4/3/2026. They charge me a $25.00 NSF fee! What a rearward Time Machine? After two hours fighting with them, and they can't explain WHY, I'm still fighting with them to come out of the negative! I had 6.41 left in the account after my balance transfer.
