The parking lot is good sized and we have never had a problem getting a spot up front. We first went to the Chase Bank to get some paperwork notarized when we were buying a property in Show Low. I definitely recommend this Chase Bank.

My problem was not simple and of course was not one that very few in the banking business would encounter. With persistence and helping me solve a problem, that other banking officials with national Bank could not solve. This was one that has taken place over years without resolve. I took a chance again with national Bank to solve my problem, and of course Jennifer, was very patient not only with myself but with the problem she had placed before her. Thank you Jennifer. In my gratitude which is really what this is all about, not necessarily the problem if you would like to know the problem you would have to contact Jennifer to help you better understand the conflict I had between my account, national Bank, and zelle. Again thanks Jennifer yo.

This bank (not necessarily this branch) is overdraft fee hungry. If this is not your primary bank…read moreand you don't keep a lot of money here or if you just have low funds in the account (life is rough) EXPECT overdraft fees, Often... Over the course of about 4 years I've probably gotten close to 20-30 overdraft fees because I don't keep a lot of money at this bank and the available funds amount constantly goes up and down when you check it. I suspect this bank tells you you have more money than you actually do and gets you to spend close to that amount specifically to collect overdraft fees. I will consistently check my account to see if there is enough money (hopefully their website/app isn't down again), make a purchase with confidence knowing I just checked my account for available funds, make a purchase, have that transaction put on hold for a few days (remember, the available funds randomly go up and down) and check back to find an overdraft fee. Shame on me for keeping this bank account and keeping this bank in business. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees that I highly suspect they are banking on it. There is something very suspicious about this bank. YE BE WARNED.

This credit union is HORRIBLE!…read more I receive my military key direct deposit monthly. I do a balance transfer into a different account monthly in the state that I am in. After getting paid on 3/31/26 I balance transfer on 4/3/2026. They charge me a $25.00 NSF fee! What a rearward Time Machine? After two hours fighting with them, and they can't explain WHY, I'm still fighting with them to come out of the negative! I had 6.41 left in the account after my balance transfer. The only check I ever write is ONE a month, for my balance transfer, and the money is always there a few ways to a week before I do the balance transfer. Talk about "Magical fees"! I'm closing this account after u have my military pay sidecr deposited to USAA, where they don't try to rip you off for fees I don't owe.
