So on Wednesday I called and the manager answered I said told her I would be on my way with cash, she said ok, so when I arrived I handed her the cash and I waited for her to renew everything, then she says are you renewing I said yes ma'am, she then asks if I have a bank statement so I said no, she said the computer is now asking for one. This upset me because I called in advance to state that I would be going to bank to get cash while awaiting for debit card to come thru mail, if I had needed a statement or transaction report from my bank I could have done that while at the bank getting cash. There was no explanation given as to why all of a sudden I needed a bank statement. So I was like I just left from my bank in Breaux Bridge, she said you can email it to me... and I did write down the email but I chose not to continue to do business there. It was inconsiderate and inconvenient for me to have to go through all that, no reason was provided. In any position or business. Whenever you have to handle direct business with customers I think folks need to put their private phone conversations on hold, or disconnect the call while assisting customers, customers don't need to know about others private lives, or other people's business. I would have rather my business be handled while off a private conversation, and maybe if she had not been on the phone with friend, relative, or whomever it was because based on what I heard it wasn't business related.... she could have provided me with an explanation on why a bank statement was needed in the first place. As of today I still don't know why I needed to provide this establishment with a statement. I'll remain an inactive and in good standing customer. Disappointed in this location.

It will start increasing interest and then they will ask you to pay something starting 500-1000- Now you get !!!! Then if you get to the worsted!!! They will sell it. And leave you with a high dollar number. Remain your debt will be sold off to the debt collector that's also them.so that how it is bad credit Again , lost vehicle. and they will leave the high interest balance high also try to leave it on your credit report as open balance to keep tanking your credit so think about it.
