We cashed checks for over a year at the Elwood, IN location and could not have had better service! Their fees were very competitive when compared to similar businesses in the area. And, when their loan customers were in the building while we were doing our check cashing, those folks were treated equally as well. We would certainly be doing business with them today except our circumstances have changed so we no longer need that service. All employees, especially the manager, treated us very professionally. It is well worth the short drive through the country as the road is good, scenery is beautiful and never had to wait in line. Don't just take my word......try them yourself!!! read more

I lucked out and was referred to the North Anderson branch of PNC which is staffed with the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous bankers that I have ever experienced. Anywhere. Every customer is treated like family and warm smiles and banter are the order of the day. No request is ever a problem for these banking professionals and it is obvious serving their customers' needs is why they subscribe to the concept of relationship banking. The branch manager and AVP, Miss Wendy Valentine-Bruner has built a team second to none as many of my referrals have learned. If banking is a chore you dread, you're not banking at PNC Anderson North!
