My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. As a result of the findings of that inspection, we had them back again to perform some maintenance on the system. They were easy to deal with, honest, and performed high quality work. Getting sprinklers serviced is never something that is fun or exciting (unfortunately, it turned out that we needed to replace a number of sprinkler heads due to a recall), but the Guardian employees who came out on site helped me understand our sprinkler system, why certain services were needed, and what we need to consider for maintenance in the future.
