We are a commercial retail business in Chico and have enormous front windows that had gotten especially dirty during the smoke of the Camp Fire. MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning cleaned them spotless and also removed hard water stains. They cleaned every single window on the property for us, including our renter's windows and now all of the windows are super clean. The pricing was very reasonable and the worker was eager to get work. These guys are exterior cleaning pros and told me they can also come by and do any type of cleaning we need, so I'm hiring them again to work on some other areas of the property that need to be cleaned. There is an upstairs to our business, too, and they got those windows spotlessly clean. Also, they cleaned the front doors really nicely, getting around the signage and making them look brand new. It is totally worth the cost to have the exterior and interior windows cleaned by professionals, since we are busy with the store and don't have time to do it ourselves. There is no way we could get those windows as clean as MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning exterior cleaning pros did for us. I highly recommend!

The "PROFESSIONAL" lip service from Thomas can be defined as lies…read more My experience was basically robbery. I sent him pics of the trash I wanted to be removed. He gave me a quote and I was to send him half upfront and the other half when the job is complete. I sent him 200.00, a quote of 400.00 for the job. Once here, he says there would be an increase on the quote due to the fact the pics I sent didn't really show the amount. So the charge for his service went from 400.00 to 575.00. I offered 550.00, he agreed. I came into the house and sent 75.00 because I am to provide half upfront, right? 275.00 now 275.00 after. He arrives with his co-worker and they do the work. They came back again a day or two later, but the job was not finished. That's ok. It needed several trips, but ....that night on the 4th of August I received a text (see pics) and he asked me for 200.00. Huh!? Thomas the owner of this business asked me for the rest of the money, 275.00 without finishing but boy did he promise not to screw me over, he did. I waited for 2 weeks for him to come and finish for 2 weeks!!! He got everything he asked of me and i got ripped off. I sent the money for fear he would not come back, he never came back and will not provide me with any refund for the work he was paid for but chose not to do. What a dick!!! I guess he takes advantage of women, i see another review that states she was ripped off. Professional? No....criminal? Yes! Maybe Thomas the ever so busy business owner who prides himself on being professional (can't even honor an agreement) will screw you over and rip you off too, just like me. I wouldn't recommend this loser after my experience I can describe him as nothing but trash.

Then he came back and spent another full day on a permanent solution for the problem we had, including digging a trench to run the power through, securing things on the roof, patching the wall that had to be opened up, and replacing pavers that had to be removed. He returned last week to help with a different electrical issue on the property and we've had no issues with the electricity in both homes since he took care of them. I can't show the running electricity in photos, unfortunately, and he did such a great job of patching things back up, you almost wouldn't know so much hard work went into the repairs. He was very respectful and friendly and also offered tips about the area we just moved to. Enjoyed chatting with him about a shared family experience with feral kittens, and a cattery he'd built for another customer. His rates were reasonable and we would definitely recommend him to others. We hope to be able to hire him for a plumbing project and fencing work in the future.

In the fall of 2018, my husband found Bob's company on Yelp. Our first impression was awesome!…read more Bob's attention to customer service is beyond expectation. He returns phone calls and does what he says, when and how he says he will. We hired him to do a major remodel of our home; extending the front of our house out approx. 8 feet, adding a covered front porch, and completely remodeling the kitchen from scratch to include removal of a wall to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. Depending on what needed to be done, Bob had the necessary crew on hand and oversaw the entire project, but our main guys were Kyle and Drew. They were awesome and so great to work with! They too were customer service oriented. As with any remodel project, there are always things that come up and changes that happen, and they were patient, knowledgeable and hard working. Our home looks and feels wonderful! We have had numerous people walking and driving through the neighborhood stop by and complement the house and ask who our contractor was. They did a great job! Bob has created a company environment that is hard working, honest, creative, and customer service oriented. We highly recommend them and will hire them for all of our future projects. Bob and his crew successfully remodeled 3 bathrooms (to include flooring, building new cabinets and linen closets, all associated plumbing and electrical, moving the shower in master bath and all tile work) replaced windows throughout the house (and did an awesome job on the custom window casings & trim), installed engineered flooring throughout the house, added recessed lighting throughout, removed a wall & soffits, retexturing, and much more. Living in Arizona during the time of remodel, it was important that I found someone who could work with me long distance ... Bob was that guy! We communicated often and he was very quick to respond and discuss the details of the project.
