We are a commercial retail business in Chico and have enormous front windows that had gotten especially dirty during the smoke of the Camp Fire. MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning cleaned them spotless and also removed hard water stains. They cleaned every single window on the property for us, including our renter's windows and now all of the windows are super clean. The pricing was very reasonable and the worker was eager to get work. These guys are exterior cleaning pros and told me they can also come by and do any type of cleaning we need, so I'm hiring them again to work on some other areas of the property that need to be cleaned. There is an upstairs to our business, too, and they got those windows spotlessly clean. Also, they cleaned the front doors really nicely, getting around the signage and making them look brand new. It is totally worth the cost to have the exterior and interior windows cleaned by professionals, since we are busy with the store and don't have time to do it ourselves. There is no way we could get those windows as clean as MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning exterior cleaning pros did for us. I highly recommend!

He gave me a quote and I was to send him half upfront and the other half when the job is complete. I sent him 200.00, a quote of 400.00 for the job. Once here, he says there would be an increase on the quote due to the fact the pics I sent didn't really show the amount. So the charge for his service went from 400.00 to 575.00. I offered 550.00, he agreed. I came into the house and sent 75.00 because I am to provide half upfront, right? 275.00 now 275.00 after. He arrives with his co-worker and they do the work. They came back again a day or two later, but the job was not finished. That's ok. It needed several trips, but ....that night on the 4th of August I received a text (see pics) and he asked me for 200.00. Huh!? Thomas the owner of this business asked me for the rest of the money, 275.00 without finishing but boy did he promise not to screw me over, he did. I waited for 2 weeks for him to come and finish for 2 weeks!!! He got everything he asked of me and i got ripped off. I sent the money for fear he would not come back, he never came back and will not provide me with any refund for the work he was paid for but chose not to do. What a dick!!! I guess he takes advantage of women, i see another review that states she was ripped off. Professional? No....criminal? Yes! Maybe Thomas the ever so busy business owner who prides himself on being professional (can't even honor an agreement) will screw you over and rip you off too, just like me. I wouldn't recommend this loser after my experience I can describe him as nothing but trash.

They repeatedly had communication issues with us and the insurance company and TWO YEARS LATER had only installed a temp pole, dug a hole trying to find our well, and rebuilt a water tank and pressure tank with a USED booster pump. They charged our insurance 2,145.00 for that used pump (it was OUR OLD PUMP they NEVER replaced it) and told us that the reason why the pvc pipe kept breaking was because of PG&E power fluctuations. We had to pay out of pocket for another company to come fix their error after multiple problems with it. They tried to charge us for repairing this problem and even threatened to put a lien on our property for not paying them to repair their error. FINALLY, we parted ways with a threat to the CSLB in 2020 and found a new contractor, just in time for the Covid material cost increases. We should have filed our complaint with the CSLB and taken them to court. I suggest you have your contract looked at by a contract attorney if you decide to go with this company. You may have to hire a secretary to deal with them and try to get them to respond to you because it was a nearly full-time job for me. We have tried to make the owner/manager aware of the issues we experienced but we don't know if he doesn't care of if the local office is preventing our concerns from reaching him. Our family recently reached out to Ronnie for help getting power working for a new fifth wheel. Then he came back and spent another full day on a permanent solution for the problem we had, including digging a trench to run the power through, securing things on the roof, patching the wall that had to be opened up, and replacing pavers that had to be removed. He returned last week to help with a different electrical issue on the property and we've had no issues with the electricity in both homes since he took care of them. I can't show the running electricity in photos, unfortunately, and he did such a great job of patching things back up, you almost wouldn't know so much hard work went into the repairs. He was very respectful and friendly and also offered tips about the area we just moved to. Enjoyed chatting with him about a shared family experience with feral kittens, and a cattery he'd built for another customer. His rates were reasonable and we would definitely recommend him to others. We hope to be able to hire him for a plumbing project and fencing work in the future.
