I realized the place was covered in cockroach crap and filth. So i cleaned everything and removed part of the wood that was rotting. They didn't approve of it even though I was just trying to help. I eventually bought new furniture... Somehow I caused some water damage which was unintentional and they decided to evict me..what is fucked up is they gave me a fine notice. I told them I would pay them and arranged a time to pick up my furniture...the day that I went to pick up the furniture it was gone, so I went to the office and they told me that they took the furniture and wanted to call it even, but I disagreed. They told me that I could file a lawsuit, but I just let it go....Their whole building is full of disgusting filth....something should be done.... also the water had some kind of pieces of metal in it which I complained about also.........

Watch out for Al Nalbone and his unprofessional phone etiquette. Call to get further information…read morenot listed online and run the risk of rudeness and being hung up on and then called a liar when his superior has to defuse the situation. They sound like horrible landlords to say the least. Good thing I found out his real personality before I signed a lease and got trapped by barbaric landlords.

Lighting & properly maintained lighting is a fantastic crime deterrent, this should be a well & regularly managed item of Maintence responsibility at all properties. This clearly isn't the case, I invite whomever is responsible to do a nighttime inspection of outside lighting of all buildings & parking lots just the same before someone's attacked and/or injured!

Why do I need to give all my information out just to find out I likely make too much. I wanted to know so I don't waste my time.
