It took up the whole of the third floor. And had various practitioners. My practitioner was actually a nurse practitioner who was truly amazing. well, let me not get to that. Let me start at the beginning. They had just started a new system for check-in that wasn't working. It was giving me problems and I was getting frustrated and the customer service was immaculate and they helped me it was very attentive. The nurse practitioner, and all of her staff treated me with such respect and kindness. I would completely recommend this place and go back many times over. they gave me a good treatment, plan and adequate medication to alleviate my symptoms . Plus the follow up call from my practitioner was such an awesome feeling. The office is dated in some areas, but who cares. I prioritize care over Albis and feng shui.

They lady that did the insurance and financial part was extremely friendly. I think her name was Michelle but I'm not certain. She informed us that MRI was running a hour behind. It was pouring and pretty miserable outside. We chose to wait in the lobby. It was by far one of the most comfortable waiting rooms I've been to. One hour later I was called to go back and get started. I've had multiple mri's so I know what to expect. The girl was very helpful once she realized I am visually impaired. She was calm, direct, and very descriptive when walking me back and during entire procedure. Overall pretty good experience. If I had been on a timeline that could have been an issue. I never have time expectations with medical appointments.

The sciatica pain I tolerated for over 15 years was totally taking over my entire life. I could stand nor walk without severe pain. I came to see Dr. Jolley. He took the time to explain to me what he could do to eradicate my condition and help alleviate the pain. I understood what had to be done, and agreed to the procedure. As soon as I was awake, I already noticed that the sciatic pain was gone, even though I was in pain from surgery. After 4 hours, I was sitting up. After 6 hours I was standing and walking. After 1 week, I was able to walk up to 1/4 mile, and after 2 weeks, I was up to a mile. NO Sciatic pain! About 3.5 months after surgery I was climbing a rock wall, and doing other activities that I wasn't able to do for many years. Dr. Jolley has a wonderful demeanor and bedside manner. I've never been aware of my physicians communicating so proactively to address a medical issue, and it has made a meaningful difference. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming to me and my mom, explained to us how everything works, how to complete the initial paperwork, etc. They always have tea, fruit, water at the waiting area. We explained my mom's pain and they took some x-rays then explained to us in detail what the x-rays showed in very easy words so we were able to understand. A 6 session adjustment was prescribed. Every day a visit takes aprox 15-20 mins, the price per adjustment is $40. It includes a table massage with some machinery they plug to your affected area and a checkup/adjustment from the Chiro. Service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable, they take their time with you to explain or switch the teraphy to something that would work better for you. If you don't have improvement on the first 6 sessions they will refer you to a specialist or prescribe an MRI, which is very good because they are very honest and upfront with you from the beginning, they want to help more than take your money. I strongly recommend this place for someone who needs affordable and comprehensive therapy.

When I arrived at Dr Cornea's office after waiting three months to see her and stressing out about what could be going on with my body, she said "your levels are only slightly elevated. We only need to monitor them if they are 100 points or higher and yours is about five points hire." She knew this in advance but had me come into her office anyways. I didn't get any blood work or anything done, just a "so why are you here?" comment. I was then sent out the door and charged $315. Avoid this woman and Parkridge medical group at all cost. They do not care about their patients but rather their patient's wallet. I would not feel comfortable sending anyone I care about here. Look for care elsewhere.
