Upon leaving with their new "vacuum cleaner" like push toys I stopped in By The Bay to do a bit more shopping. The twins stayed outside on the deck with their parents pushing their new somewhat noisy toys with so much excitement. I left the store upon hearing the two extremely cranky women inside complaining about the noise. I was in there no more than two minutes. Needless to say they will not receive any of my or my family's business. May have been better not to have opened a shop below a toy store. Rude, unprofessional and NOT kid friendly!!!!!
