I've just moved in and really liking the space of my 74-sqm studio on the 3rd floor. My balcony opens to the sounds and sights of C5. I wake up at 5am and see an awesome sunrise before going back to sleep. I was really lucky to have found this place with a rent price that corresponds to a contract from 10 years ago, including parking! I have the privileges of being a Valle Verde resident because of this. That means I have 3 exit gates anytime of the day with my sticker - C5 by the SB flyover, Kaimito on Lanuza, and the Piña gate by St. Martin street. It's close enough to SM Hypermarket, City Golf, Capitol Commons, and my office on Oranbo. What more could I want? There's a pool in the complex and a sari sari store on the bottom floor. There's a laundry service, water delivery, and spa nearby. If you're starting out or living alone, Chateau Verde has old but spacious units that you should consider renting. read more

One of my best friends lived in Chateau Verde after college and stayed there for the next 5 or so years, with her sister taking over the place for a couple of months to a year in between. I think Chateau Verde is a gem of place. Quite run down and old, but makes up for it with the location, attentive service, and strict-ish security. So when my friend finally decided to retire her rent of the place and move elsewhere, it took me less than 5 minutes to decide that my boyfriend (who had been searching for an apartment for weeks then) to take over the contract! You won't believe how much of a deal he got if you saw the size of the place and the whole package of being a resident in a secure village within decent proximity to everything. With Capitol Commons and Estancia nearby, Silver City and Tiendesitas on the other side, the City Golf compound, and just major highways on so many access points, I suggest you keep an eye out for units for rent or sale in Chateau Verde if you're looking to move. read more
