The instructors are well prepared, motivating, and keep an eye out for those who are new. It can get quite repetitive because I think they change up the routine only every month. Nonetheless, it's a small but spacious gym with all you need for a workout. During those off peak hours, it was never so crowded that I had to wait for equipment. During the weekend however, the classes do fill up so get there early to claim a spot. I never used the showers so I can't comment on them. The front desk provides a lock for your locker in exchange for your ID if needed. Perhaps a little suggestion- wifi or water fountains could be nice! And maybe some heat during the winter.

The machines where very clean and everyone cleaned it after using it, besides the machines the building itself was cleaned on the inside and modern builded on the outside which gave you a comfortable sfere of entering the gym and talking to other people. Only negative point I have was the automats, they are very slow in the use but still work!
