He came right over, took a look at our property and cars and apologized. He didn't deflect, put the blame on anyone, he just said he would get it taken care of. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and I can say, this gentleman is the face every company would want out there in the field. His compassion towards another human being is missing in the world today. Sean came back 20 minutes later and informed us he already spoke with a detailing shop and for us to just go down. He didn't call or text, like everyone does today. He walked over and spoke face to face, letting us know it was taken care of. This company has hit a gold mine with man, keep and protect him at all costs. I cannot say Thank you enough for reminding me there are still caring people in the world. Give this man a raise, he will take your company further with this type of customer service!

The fellows behind the counter were unprofessional and discourteous. There was a mistake on a…read moresimple print job, which they did not catch until I pointed it out when I came to pick up my item. I re-formatted it to better fit the size I needed, at their request, then returned to pick it up the next business day only to discover a small coffee (?) drip stain on the corner of the paper. Rather than reprint, they decided to cut off that part of the paper without asking me, which threw off the proportions I requested. They *did* reprint it on the spot with extra copies for me, which was thoughtful, however one said, "This is a lot of godd*amn work for one print." Yes, it was a lot of work because it wasn't done correctly the first or second time and there was no attention to detail on a very simple job. I will never bring my company's business here again; if I can't trust their attention on something that simple, I can't fathom putting a more expensive or complicated job in their hands. They were able to print it quickly and on the spot, but that's about the only positive takeaway I have from this experience. Yes, everybody has a bad day, but you should never swear in front of a customer and especially not when the work being done is subpar.

They sell all kinds of pallets. I was recently looking for heat treated pallets (special for exports) in the area and NOONE would have them in stock. I finally found this place and was I happy I did! Gary Williams seems to be the guy behind the whole circus and he's excellent at it. Not only did he have the pallets in stock, but he promised to deliver them within 2 days and garantied the exportation stamp. He's always replied to my calls and emails promptly and he's always straight up. They offer recycled pallets, which are way cheaper and get the work done and they will deliver to your doorstep for $50 flat rate, which is fine by me since I'm buying quite a few at a time.
