The Law Offices of Hasson D Barnes offered me zero legal insight, were and are consistently uncommunicative, and demonstrate a true lack of consideration or concern. They also clearly lack the means by which to operate a business. As of 12/12/2022: Mr Barnes purportedly mailed my $2600 refund check on 11/29 (the day I posted my first review HERE). This was according to his assistant attorney Britta Regelmann, whom I fired from my case October 11, 2022, and was officially dismissed by the court on our around November 18th. The proverbial *check in the mail* NEVER arrived. The USPS Informed Delivery Service has NO record of it. I don't know what I can possibly do to get my money back, but next I am contacting the following: * Baltimore County Bar Association * Attorney Grievance Commission and Office of Bar Counsel * MSBA Committee for the Resolution of Fee Disputes 11/29/2022 I wish I had never chosen this group to represent me. After being hung out to dry for months, I had to obtain new council and now, 6 weeks later, they still will not return the remainder of my money. It has been the absolute worst experience.
