I don't know why this bank gets such negative reviews. Jeremy helped me in the drive through today. He was the NICEST bank teller ever. Super helpful. Oh, and he was wearing a mask but I could still see him smiling as he was talking to me. I have banked with Chase for personal and business accounts for 25 years in throughout Texas and Louisiana. I have used the same banking and withdrawal methods for 25 years. I have never experienced the level of harassment from a branch or Chase corporate until I used this branch. If you withdraw more of your money than they think is appropriate they will close your account without warning. Chase has no concern for small businesses. They would not even return calls during COVID for PPP loans unless you were a large business. I have closed all my personal and business accounts with Chase and have moved to a regional bank . I am only giving them a 1 star because I can't go any lower. read more

This location needs to enforce the commercial line as Commercial only! They need to add "Only" to the sign and if a regular customer pulls up make them pull around and get in another line. Daily I am stuck behind someone who should have actually went inside. 15 min behind one car is ridiculous. Terrible branch...if you need anything done inside you need to plan on an hour or more. Garbage management.

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would Worst customer service, no one is ever able to help with any questions, they say call a 1-800 number, the manager is never available And when you call the 1-800 number they tell you "it is what it is" and you never get anything resolved. Fees, fees, fees. Chase cares about fees only. Insufficient funds fees for your account being overdrawn $.11. ATM fees even when there's not a Chase ATM anywhere aeound. Unless you're a wealth management customer I can assure you that your business means nothing. If you want a human who speaks English as a first language you will not find it on the other end of their phone number. You can always go in to this branch....where a bunch of snotty brats are more than ready to look down their condescending noses at you, there's always the branch manager, but he doesn't care either. read more

I was previously pleased with the local branch service but a recent experience has left me feeling very disappointed. Arriving late in the day, midweek, I had hoped to open another savings account. Unfortunately, I found a lobby full of people and had to wait on a teller to be free to tell me they couldn't help me and I would just have to wait for the rest of the folks to get through. The teller said this while looking at what I assumed was the branch manager, he didn't even bother to look at me, just looked blankly back at her and turned away. I stood around for a bit and decided to run another errand, hoping they would be moving swiftly. I returned to find only one more customer helped and no other greeting, than again, "You'll just have to wait." Had they only said, "We are sorry you have to wait, it's been really busy today. Did you know that you have the option of opening another account online?" Anything like that would have turned the experience around but no such luck. Seems their customer service and especially the lack of interest from the manager has just gone downhill. read more
