When I asked her what I did to deserve such a negative tone, she said that she's not going to speak to me in a fake voice acting like she's all sweet. I said I didn't want her to be fake, but I wanted her to be kind, like I was being with her. She gave me attitude, and then refuse to serve me. I had to wait 10 minutes for another teller to serve me, making me late to my appointment. The teller who served me, Steven, was kind, friendly and courteous, as he usually is. After my experience, the associates and some of the customers came up to me, apologizing for the treatment I received. It was clear to everyone that she was in the wrong. In my 14 years banking with Bank of America, I've never been treated so poorly by a teller. My heart goes out to Jennie: it must be difficult to be caring around so much negativity. I hope she experiences freedom and the joy of what it's like to be consistently kind to others. We are all in this together, Jennie-- the sooner you learn that, the better off you will be.

It offers quality safety deposit boxes at reasonable rates. But the bank has not offered competitive rates or returns for our needs. Fees are higher than we get elsewhere. We had to stop depositing large checks from clients, because excessively long holds were put on our money even when the checks were issued by banks like JP Morgan. (We maintained good credit and never bounced a check.)
