I used the Williamsburg branch but I ended up dealing with corporate and I agree with DM's assessment that the man running the place is a sociopath. I reported my ATM card missing and they canceled it and issued a new one. However, they did not actually CANCEL the old one and the person who stole the card emptied my account of thousands of dollars. Cross-County was incredibly unhelpful. They did not even look into how this could happen, all they were interested in was protecting themselves against a claim. I was using my NEW card and the thief was using my OLD card AT THE SAME TIME and somehow this did not get flagged. They were unhelpful with the police investigation, saying the surveillance tapes are not kept. DO NOT USE THIS BANK IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO BE SAFE. LITERALLY. Came out lickety-split! The staff inside is always very nice! And they keep the place clean. Since it is on an island, almost everyone knows each other there and people pick up their trash and don't stuck gum everywhere. Just like all banks, their hours are too short lol! Nut the 24 hour ATM is great! And since not too many people live on the island, there is never a line or anything like that. All in all, it is a nice Citibank. It's located inside the small shopping center so good luck with parking! There is not enough spots. Bit that is Rockaway Bwach in general, no parking anywhere lol!

As soon as my party of two enter and wait on the teller's line, one teller blatantly with an extreme cold front, rude scowl look loudly blurted out: "Can you speak English?!!!!" as we have not open our mouths to request our banking needs. It was amazing to see how a bank could be constructed, seemingly, overnight. The bank I'm speaking of is the Ridgewood Savings Bank at 2520 East 17th Street near Avenue Y (next door to Petco and across from Super Stop & Shop). I kept stopping by every now and then to find out when they would be having their grand opening.
