Tried to log in with new user name and all on line banking info was removed. Called Wells Fargo again and a different banker replied she could not repopulate my payees and past payments history. Asked if someone else could help and she said no. Told her I would leave Wells Fargo if someone could not assist and was basically told oh well. Changing banks on Monday.

They kept sending payments and Wells Fargo kept sending them back. We put a stop payment and got an email from Fiserve, which processes PNC's online banking that our online banking was frozen until we paid $122-the amount of the loan payment. We paid it to get online banking open again, even though the loan was ALREADY PAID OFF. PNC said they could do nothing and we are out $122.

Or back to the bank next week to see if the less than brilliant management staff can refund me what they took from my checking account or if they will gouge me for more arbitrary fees. Of course, if I ever get it started, I still will have to wait nearly a month for my refund. I don't get to charge them interest or fees for using my money.. The teller stated that i should wait longer because it was the weekend(even though i deposited the check at 10am the previous day). I informed the teller that i was closing my account once the check clears. The teller smiled and said we will see. By Tuesday the check still had not cleared. I contacted the bank only to find out the teller put the check through the fraud department so that it will take 2 more weeks to clear. The joke was on the teller because i had my employer to cancel the check and write another check. I pray for the miserable evil that lurks the earth. I am staying away from chase bank.

They said I would have to wait 90 days for another check to be issued and only after I filed an a notorized ffidavit. After days and hours on the phone and in the branch I did that, but if I wanted my money sooner I could post a bond and receive the money sooner, but it would cost me 2% of the money owed me. At this point I just wanted to be rid of them and agreed. I went to the branch and was told that the only one who could do that was the branch manager and he was not in due to a broken leg! I was told it could be done easily at another branch. Making a long story short- I went to another branch and was helped by a very nice lady who took on the problem; however I wound up spending 2 hours at that branch before finally being paid out with a certified check less the 2% which I then had to cash with a different teller from the same bank. These people are crazy/ nuts. I couldn't make this horror story up. Don't do business with Wells Fargo!
