I came here around 11:30 there were no parking spots so I parked on the road next to the bank. I signed in because I needed to see a banker to set up a new account. I was actually able to set up the account by myself online before the banker got to me which didn't take them but about 10 minutes. Nicholas is the banker who assisted me in hind sight I felt bad because if he was supposed to get commission off setting my account up he didn't because I had already done so. But he did explain and answer some of my questions about the account and printed me a direct deposit slip for my job and explained how to get the first deposit started. He was very nice and professional. The tellers were also helpful and seemed understaffed to an extent. This is a pretty busy location. read more

This bank teller Karolina was vary rude. I came to chase to cash my check I don't have an account there and now I really not getting one So pull up to the window and this Karolina greats me I give her my check my ID and my debit card from another bank as in proof of a second ID she looked at my ID and saw it was a matricula a ID from the Mexican console here in Texas keep in mind I have been caching checks at Chase Bank for over 3 years almost every week so I know the drill and just last week I came here and cashed one bigger she told me to come inside because she needed additional information so I did I went there and asked what additional information do you need she's like oh well just this chase bank requires customers that are cashing check that are not members of Chase Bank to come in the store and I explained to her that I've had it cashed outside before she's like yeah but we don't want to hold up the line and you're not a chase customer I was like there was nobody behind me she said yes there was That really irritated me it really felt that from the beginning she really did not want to take care of me she probably thought I was not going to come in the bank to cash the check and then when I did she continued on how it was a policy only in this one bank read more

I went into this bank to cash a company check backed by Chase and was told they could not cash my check because I was not a customer and the limit was 2000 dollars. I will never use a bank that won't honor its own check. read more

The staff was very quick to help. There was no wait, I was assisted right away and the banker helping me was very nice and knowledgeable. She was able to help me in a very timely manner with great ease. One of the best experiences I have with a bank...or a lot of other businesses. read more

I was using ATM and it didn't retrieve my cash. No help from employees. Standing around looking at me like I had 2 heads. They replied, nothing they could do and handed me a number to call. I don't understand it's 2017 with technology they can't access them ATM. I understand they can't open it while bank is open but the computer part it's a machine for petes sake. They have cameras so I didn't pocket money. After my phone call I was told it would be handled Monday by the deputes department. Bank manager was busy and was not concerned by this at all. So it's Friday (payday) is wasn't $100 it was $1000 and no concern from branch. I've been a loyal customer since 1991 before they were Chase and before they were Bank One. This is how we treat our loyal customers. I say, shame on you Chase. My husband thought the ATM was gonna explode needless to say I had to take him out of there because I thought his head was gonna explode. read more
