    Mussels in white wine sauce
    Tin D.

We have a party of 15 people for the dinner. The restaurant is nice and look warm. The servers aren't good at all. They forget what we ask for. They forget at least 2 appetizer salad dishes. One main dish came out cold. My clam chowder bowl is huge.If you aren't a big eater you could be full just having their bowl of soup.It has full of clams. The clams are fresh, big chunk and chewy. The only problem is soup very creamy but lacks of clam juice taste. Our mussels in white wine sauce is too salty while the toasts are burnt and bitter. The server said he will replace the toasts but it never comes out. My friends said their food is good. They had Coconut shrimps and mango sticky rice,Kim Chee Calamari,Lamp Chop,Salad bar and Salmon.. Maybe I just have a bad choice in a bad evening. P/s:The Manager is very professional. She gave out some desserts as an apology and taking good care of the wrongly dishes.

Went there for dinner with a huge bridal party, 100% recommend this place for a big event, the set courses were delicious, i chose the 14 oz new york strip which flavor was great unfortunately ordered medium rare and got a well done steak as well as 3 other people who ordered medium and also got well done, but they all kept theirs and enjoyed them, i got mine switched out very quickly and it was delicious! but great place delicious flavor, just wish multiple people didn't have overcooked food for such a nice restaurant

Briana was our server we had late reservations and she took the most care of us ! Thank you chart houseeee best steak ! Filet mignon medium rare 7oz

Prime Rib - Chart House Cut

Very surprised to see less than 4* reviews. The entire Resteraunt is waterside pretty much. Great ambiance. Salad Bar is way above standard and includes caviar (not my thing but a unique value add). My prime rib was cooked perfectly and not too fatty. The 3 course charter for $58 is a great value and includes the lava cake or mud pie both are terrific. The Grouper has been on the menu for 61 years with mango sticky rice spot on. It's a lovely dinner at a very fair value. Minimum 4* value.

Foodies, listen up -- Chart House in Daytona Beach isn't just dinner, it's an experience. The kind of place where the view, the food, and the vibe all come together so perfectly that you're already planning your next visit before dessert even hits the table. We kicked things off with the Kimchi Calamari and, honestly, it set the bar high. Crispy, a little spicy, packed with flavor -- it's the appetizer that makes you lean over the table and say, "Oh, you HAVE to try this." Then came the mains. The Chicken Balsamico is basically comfort food in a tuxedo -- romano crusted, topped with artichoke bruschetta and pesto butter, sitting pretty on Florentine mash. The Hawaiian NY Strip Medallions were like a tropical vacation on a plate: pineapple ginger marinade, mango sticky rice, soy glaze, fruit salsa... sweet, savory, and downright addictive. And the Slow Roasted Prime Rib? Classic, juicy, perfectly cooked -- the kind of dish that makes you want to slow clap for the chef. Even the salads pull their weight here -- Caesar, chopped, or salad bar, they're all fresh enough to make you feel slightly less guilty about that second entrée. We wrapped things up with Crème Brulee (crackly top, velvety inside) and Lemon Sorbet (bright, refreshing, palate-cleansing perfection). Add in stellar service and those floor-to-ceiling Halifax River views, and it's the kind of night that lingers with you. Pro tip: come hungry, bring friends who love to share plates, and don't skip dessert. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

Let me start by saying, every time I visit Daytona, I will be stopping here. The restaurant was so pretty and sits on the water for great views. I ordered the special that came with a bisque soup, crab stuffed salmon and coconut rice. Everything was delicious. All the staff were so nice and were happy to see us.

This was by far one of the worst and disappointing restaurant experiences I have had in a long time. You don't expect this from a restaurant with an excellent inter-coastal view that offers what should be strong surf and turf dining. With slow service, poor communication from the bar, inadequate turnaround by the kitchen that including serving food that shouldn't have been allowed to be served as it was old and turned, this review should be a one star. Only the three things kept it from being that: the Basil and Yuzu cocktail, the polite server who was doing the best he could but clearly was dealing with too many tables across too many sections, and the Sea Bass and Lobster Risotto that was very good; but I also waited more than an hour to receive. Driving into the parking lot that was poorly lit at night (which we discovered as we were leaving 2.5 hours later when we finally left) to the point the grassy area across from the boating docks outside of it where we parked was more illuminated, we were hopeful the meal was going to be good. The location is fantastic. Sharing with a boating dock that had many medium and large-sized boats parked on the intercostal, the Chart House has the perfect location for a fine dining experience. The interior has a warm yet elegant look that seems straight out of the 60s for fine dining surf and turf restaurants. The dining room on the primary floor radiates the vibes of enjoying a good meal with a prime view of the inter-coastal. Our table was at the window with a perfect view of the waterway that enhanced further when the sun set and the moon rose over the clear darkening sky. Recipe for a good evening, right? I wish that were the case. The service was slow and delayed. We waited 15 minutes for our first round of drinks. We waited an hour for our meal once we ordered. We waited another 30 minutes for our desserts, which the crème brûlée sampler was lackluster while the cheesecake was completely inedible-- it was sour, rubbery, and clearly tasted like it was old and should have been thrown out. Fortunately, the server took it back and removed from our check. But I was flabbergasted that the kitchen would serve a dessert that had clearly turned. The kitchen also communicated poorly with the servers on what was still available. My Aunt wanted the meatballs appetizer but we discovered it was sold out only after the fact. It was a Saturday night, and there shouldn't be any reason for that to be sold out. And at the very least, the word should have been given to the servers when dishes were no longer available. Additionally, my Aunt ordered a clam chowder that never came out when the food arrived and it was another 10 minutes when she told the server to just take it off the bill. And we are talking soup. Were they making each bowl's worth from scratch? Not sure what was going on with the bar but they took forever with the drinks. Then they screwed up my second drink order of an extra dirty gin martini with Hendricks and gave me a well-liquor gin martini instead that was not great. While the sea bass with lobster risotto was really good fortunately after waiting an hour and the Basil and Yuzu was a very well made cocktail that surpassed the over-sweet mess that was the Purple Passion, it wasn't enough to change my mind on returning to Chart House. The experience was shocking. This wasn't some run-down steak franchise like Ponderosa or run-of-the-mill spot like Texas Roadhouse, Chart House is supposed to be a bonafide spot in Daytona. But the service was slow from the kitchen and bar and the quality was surprisingly bad from the dessert end. And on Saturday night, the experience was both baffling and disappointing.

Had some friends in town so I wanted to take them somewhere nice on the water we chose the chart house. Our server Alberto/AJ was fabulous ‼ we got the calamari and meatballs for appetizers and then salmon & crab, prime, rib, Seabass, and lobster risotto, filet mignon... we also got to try the lobster bisque and clam chowder. Everything was amazing. Oh, and we got the lava cake for dessert... it was an absolutely lovely evening.

The Chart house was a great experience with some amazing food! It's a great place to eat with a beautiful view of the water, especially during sunset. They dont have many vegetarian options but we asked the waiter if anything could be made vegetarian and yeh dish that we were served was amazing. The main courses were packed with flavor but could not have beaten the lava cake. It was decadent, rich, and had tons of chocolate. Great for someone with a sweet tooth.

Prime rib was the best I have ever had. Salad bar was great and firecracker shrimp was delicious. We will definitely be back. Service was wonderful also, Reid was on it! Moscato sangrias... delicious!

We've dined at many Chart House restaurants over the years and in many different locations. This specific review is for Mother's Day 2025 at the Daytona Beach location. 3 course lunch/dinner for $67 with additional salad bar for an extra $10 so $77 each, for us. We'd suggest whoever reads this review send our recommendation of including the salad bar in the $77 to http://www.bit.ly/landrysfeedback. And also to let them know $27 for the regular salad bar without a meal during non holidays is a bit pricey or we would go more often. We also finally signed up for the Landrys Club ($25) only to find out you can only spend $25 per visit which won't even cover the salad bar! Again, dear CH manager, please share this information with http://www.bit.ly/landrysfeedback as it shouldn't really be your clienteles responsibility if we're telling you this in our review. Don't you think?!? Anyway, always good food and service at CH and Daytona Beach is no exception to that rule. Food is always good, views are great and service is generally exceptional. We'll be back to spend the $25 we've earned and just wish we could combine that with our $25 birthday reward on the same visit

She had great energy and made our whole group feel taken care of without ever being intrusive. Ask for her if you can. The food was outstanding. We ordered the ahi tuna pizza -- a crispy flatbread topped with fresh raw tuna, avocado, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of spicy aioli and teriyaki glaze. It was stunning to look at and even better to eat. The blackened fish sandwich came loaded with fresh toppings and paired perfectly with the golden fries. The grilled chicken tacos were generous and well-seasoned with a mango salsa on the side that really popped. We also got the coconut shrimp -- beautifully fried with a honey mustard dipping sauce -- and our little one loved the chicken bites and fries. Don't skip the gator bites either -- a true Florida experience, perfectly crispy and served with a honey mustard that kept us reaching for more. Everything tasted fresh, like it came straight off the boat. We toasted the afternoon with margaritas on the rocks and honestly couldn't imagine a better setting -- salt-rimmed cups, ocean breeze, the sound of waves just a few feet away. Yes, the prices are a step up, but when you factor in that you're sitting steps from the beach with food this fresh and a view like this, it's worth every penny. If you're passing through Daytona, make a point to stop in -- you won't regret it.

The Pink Flamingo was delicious. The biggest surprise for us was the cinnamon roll kitchen where bakers are making fresh cinnamon rolls in front of you and you can eat as many as you like! We had 8 in our party and were delighted to know that it takes 12 for the gratuity to be automatic. That was not an issue, though. Our first server "cousin Richard" was excellent, but then he got pulled away and "cousin Bailey" took care of us. Both were delightfully friendly and very attentive. In our group we had chicken tenders, which I sampled and were some of the best I've ever had. We had shark and alligator appetizers. They were both awesome. We had sautéed shrimp and sautéed scallops. Both were swimming in a delicious buttery garlic sauce and cooked to perfection. One had meatloaf and said it was great! One had salmon. And a couple of people had the crab cakes which they also said were delicious. The sides were also good, and the "fish camp" sides were awesome. I want to especially comment on the cheese grits. As a G.R.I.T.S. (Girl raised in the south) and a devout grits snob, I give my wholehearted double thumbs-up on the grits. I thought my grandson was going to make himself sick eating so much!
