I consulted with many NYC plastic surgeons who all wanted to perform very invasive brow lift surgery, I did not need brow lift surgery just a singular eyebrow lift. Dr. Kaltreider was the only oculoplastic surgeon I could find who did direct brow lifts. Her office manager Cynthia was so helpful and knowledgeable and really one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Dr. Kaltreider and her nurse Jonni are so nurturing and caring and I felt totally comfortable and confident that I was going to have the best results and I did! Dr. Kaltreider really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She made sure I felt no pain and communicated with me the entire time. Jonni made certain to assist the doctor and keep me comfortable as well. It was almost like a spa treatment. I also had a small amount of xeomin placed in between my brows and Dr. Kaltreider placed only where I wanted. I totally understand that anytime you have a procedure where skin is cut you will have a scar and I was willing to trade a small scar for corrected eyebrow position, however, even after a few days my results look amazing and I know if I need any touchup or scar treatment that Dr. Kaltreider will do everything necessary to correct. I am so happy with my result and will travel from NYC to Virginia to see Dr. Kaltreider, Jonni and Cynthia for all my future eye and eyebrow maintenance. They are so warm and genuine and caring and I highly recommend anyone to go there!

Stay Away-charlatans-- These people are only interested in money. We did not even have an…read moreappointment with them, we are seeing an GYN doctor and on our way out they asked us if we wanted information. We said sure. We had no idea that information was going to cost over 600 dollars. They never once said it was an office visit, because it was not, they never once told us we would be charge anything. We were clear we were not going to pay anything for information. We have insurance but we were not sure if it would cover it. We told them from the start we were not willing to do anything till we knew about the insurance and I had to research more about what she was telling me I needed. She told me 50 percent of my vision was being impaired by my eyelid by a 3 minute test they give. She coached me on how to take the test. They brought us into another room and had us fill out papers they said "was only for insurance pre-approval". We told them then and with followup calls I was not sure I wanted any procedure and I would decide after I spoke to my insurance and did my own research. When I first saw the doctor I asked her if she had her eyebrows done she said no, I asked her assistant Lois and she said yes she did and so did the doctor. Why did the Doctor lie about her eyebrows? I began to feel uneasy with the situation and called in to let them know I was not comfortable with any of this. My husband called in about the bill we received and by the Assistant and the Doctor herself they both said "why does it matter you not paying it the insurance is". The problem is we were never told about any charge and the doctor told me by phone "its curious you want to know everything that is going on". That was the final straw and I cancelled everything with them, reported them to my insurance, reported them to Sentara, and Im reporting her to the medical board. The only thing these people care about is do as many surgeries as possible and make all the money you can and bill the insurance without the patient knowing what they are being billed for. I have found a new doctor and Im very pleased with her. I will post here as soon as I see her with the results of by eye light test and I bet it will not be 50 percent as Sara Kaltreider claimed. I will also see if I need Blepharoplasty upper eyelift and the brow Ptosis. After research and speaking to other medical professionals I was told that i did not need blepharoplasty but the eyebrow Ptosis would suffice. I called the office told Lois this and they pushed and pushed that I would need the Blepharoplasty too. I will find out for sure with my new doctor because I do trust the new doctor. I would not trust Sara Kaltreider with surgery or anything else. I found her to be dishonest and uses womens insecurities to capitalize on them. Well this woman is not insecure and I have only the interest of my vision. I suggest you search around. If you want someone who cares about you and not the money then stay away from Sara Kaltreider and her office minions. I have uploaded the bill that we never were told anything about and the eye test she gave me. In January I will see my new doctor and I will post the comparison. Till then, stay away from this place. Get a second opinion.

This doctor is a hack, and will lie and then not correct his mistakes…read more He was to correct a previous breast lift. It wasn't so bad, only that implants were too large and I wanted a further reduction. JB was very specific about what he would do to stop sag. I agreed to pay his extra ordinary charge with assurance he would do what he said. But after surgery, my 10 day second follow up, I showed a chunk of skin hanging from under my left breast. I also had concerns then that my nipples were way to high. Jb agreed and said he would need to redo my nipples and remove chunk of skin. He told me I was healing fine and to return for check up in 2 months. He said we'd discuss the fix then. I made the appointment when I left. 2 months later when I returned for my appointment...JEREMY BENEDETTI WAS GONE. HE LEFT FLORIDA FOR VIRGINIA. NO NOTICE. NO FOLLOW UP. The office was taken over by another doctor who was willing to charge me for the fix. JB IS A HORRIBLE SURGEON. My breast got worse and I had no idea he cut out so much breast tissue and very small implant, breast are uneven, one side has implant that shifted. it's drastically different and not attractive. I wish I would have never. ALSO....I had a blepharoplasty and nose tip surgery for symmetry about 1 year prior to breast. I knew at the time he nipped a piece from left nostril. But worse is how the under eye surgery needs a correction. He took out the fat pads but a handful of years later I have way to much lose skin under my eye. JEREMY BENEDETTI IS AN UNSKILLED SURGEON AND UNETHICAL IN CARING FOR HIS PATIENTS.

I have never wrote a bad review on anything, simply because it doesn't get you anywhere…read more However, I am writing this to warn people not to go to Dr Benedetti. I had breast surgery preformed by Dr Benedetti several years ago and was left severely scared. Not to mention I have uneven breasts now. I went in for a consultation to the doctor to have my original implants replaced. Dr Benedetti suggested that I need a breast lift also. I trusted him so I paid the extra $8000 for the lift. I woke from my surgery and was informed of a mishap during the procedure. Apparently one of the surgical instruments malfunctioned and burnt a hole in the middle of my chest. I really didn't think it was a big deal, as I've had burns before and they have healed very well. I went to my follow up appointment with the doctor. He assured me the burn would be fine if I used the cream he SOLD me for $100. I was shocked that he charged me. So shocked that I paid for it. The scar never got better. I have a huge burn mark in the middle of my chest 2 and a 1/2 inches long and a 1/2 inch in width. That's not the end of it. Dr Benedetti decided during the surgery that my implants needed to be larger, even though I told him I wanted to remain the same size. I went into the surgery with implants the size of 250 and he doubled the size to 500. Please bare in mind, Dr Benedetti took most of my skin away, due to the breast lift he recommended. So now I have two globs under my chin. Not to bad you may think? Well they are not even. One of my nipple is 2 inches higher than the other. Also when my muscles tenses one of my breasts cuts straight across the bottom just under my nipple, almost like the bottom of the breast disappears. It's hard to explain, it just looks freaky. Ok, everyone makes mistakes, right? Well I didn't seek legal advice, although everyone thought I should. I thought I'd give him the chance to fix it. I had several conversations with the office manager over the phone and visits to the office for follow ups. I told him I wasn't happy with my scar and my breast results. Dr Benedetti agreed. He said my breasts look horrible and they should be fixed before the scar. Then he proceeds to tell my that my bill would be less expensive for me if I chose to have the procedure in his office. THAT IS WHEN I LOST ALL FAITH IN Dr BENEDETTI. I walked out of there and never contacted him again, nor did he ever contact me. I'm very sad to write this bad review, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through extra surgery and heart ache, not to mention the extra costs and down time! I had to leave a one star because the is no option for a zero star.

He told me the proposed procedure was "easy", "routine", and "proven". I ended up with chronic pain in my face and a complete inability to breathe through my nose. I have subsequently travelled to see top nose surgeons around country and they unanimously have said Dr. Parks plan with me was doomed from square one. Two of surgeons were baffled by Dr. Park's ineptness, and they were obviously sorry for what he did to me. I actually had to battle out of serious depression because of the damage Dr. Park caused. I am writing this review with the hope that it prevents future prospective patients from letting him fool you into surgery. Do not let him touch you.

I have…read morebeen told by three doctors that I have a severely deviated septum that needs to be corrected with surgery. I have been waiting all of these years because of job changes that created changes to my insurance and relocations that have caused changes with my doctors. I have chronic headaches, dizziness, insomnia, nosebleeds, have episodes where I have passed out from lack of oxygen, etc. My local ENT doctor told me that I was a complicated case and would need some degree of reconstructive (plastic surgery) and that he wasn't comfortable doing the surgery and that no one in the area was good enough to take it on. He referred me to Dr. Park. I have waited years to finally have an appointment with a surgeon to schedule my surgery, and once referred, I had to wait 3 months to get in with Dr. Park. When the appointment came, a doctor Hyde was the one that came in. He told me that he worked for Dr. Park, which immediately caught me off guard since I had waited so long to see Dr. Park. When Mr. Park finally came in (accompanied by three medical students) he entered the room with a certain arrogance about him. I immediately could tell that this wasn't going to go well. His demeanor was that of a stuck up, full of himself, holier than thou surgeon that every potential patient dreads. He began to examine me, spouting out medical terms such as "lateral collapse" to the student that was updating my medical record. Meanwhile all of the students are staring at me, which as you can imagine, was very uncomfortable. Mr. Park told me that I had about 20% usage of my right nostril and called me a "mild case". He said "some people can't breathe out of their noses at all". He completely dismissed me, and made me feel like I was just in search of a nose job. I was referred to Dr. Park because I was told by a highly reputable surgeon that I would need some aesthetic surgery in addition to the medical aspect. I never mentioned plastic surgery to either doctor. Mr. Park kept trying to convince me that I didn't need surgery, and kept using lingo that only surgeons would understand. When I would ask him to clarify he would respond with " As I said", or " Again". He was talking AT me and down on me. I almost started crying, and my frustration was clearly displayed on my face and with my body language. Dr. Park stood to my side so I had to turn my body just to speak to him and look up at him. He told me that I didn't need surgery, even though I was desperately spouting off about all of the years of suffering, the struggle to breathe, the lack of sleep and of sanity from living a life with oxygen deprivation. He dismissed me with nothing but a recommendation to do a sleep study, that maybe I had sleep apnea. I am back to square one. After years of effort to get my nose fixed, I was pushed to the side; talked to like a girl that was just trying to get a nose job. I was in tears the entire 2 hour drive back home, back to square one. I hope that Mr. Park will be forced to come to terms with how he has set myself and others back on their battle to improve their quality of life.

If you're reading this, good job! You're doing your homework and not just taking someone else's…read moreword for it at the UVA breast care center like I did. Dr. Campbell is an excellent plastic surgeon as long as you don't encounter an issue. How's your luck? He misdiagnosed me with complex regional pain syndrome suddenly after an echocardiogram wand got jammed into my left lateral side too hard. I had zero pain previous to the echocardiogram. He said I should have been healed and the echo shouldn't have mattered. Maybe I was healed, but I'm not indestructible. The breast implant dislodged, sagged, and I was left in horrible pain. I had extensive nerve pain and stabbing chest pains. I can't pass an EKG. He didn't believe I needed a surgery to repair my left breast, just pain management. UVA pain management refuted his diagnosis of complex regional pain syndrome. I guess being disfigured is fine after a whole year in chemo, immunotherapy, and mastectomy. It's just sagging after only two months post reconstructive surgery. The empathy from this organization is just so low to non-existent in my personal experience. It's really hard to get an appointment as well, unless the "gods" approve it. I got dismissed from UVA due to patient/doctor trust being broken. Basically, I just didn't agree with Dr. Campbell and apparently his word is Biblical there at UVA. The Johns Hopkins doctor I went to had a very different opinion. He immediately said I need surgical repair after examining me. I did not have to ask for one. I'm getting a neurography chest MRI T3 and then surgery will be scheduled. Soon I will look and feel better, no thanks to Dr. Campbell. Whose opinion would you believe--Johns Hopkins (one of the finest hospitals in the world) or UVA?
