The whole mall is pretty much bananas because of all the holiday shopping and I thought it was going to take forever to grab a bite. Thankfully Raquel took our order while we were in line to pay and the line moved pretty fast. I mean the last thing people want after a couple of hours of shopping and standing in line is to stand in another line to eat. Mariel then repeated our order as she was charging us and had a nice smile the whole time (All Mariel's I've met are pretty awesome, just saying). Apart from all the madness all the employees here seemed to have everything under control which made me feel better. I've eaten here a few times and it was awesome! I decided to take a friend to try it out and unfortunately I was incredibly disappointed and even disgusted. First off, the employee's were messing around with the mic while I was waiting there with my money in my hand to pay. Then, while they were making our sandwiches they were discussing about going to strip clubs. (Can you not?) I brushed the bad service off my shoulder and left with my food as it was to go. I got home unwrapped my sandwich and half way through I found a bug in between the paper and foil, I continued to eat because it wasn't touching the food and I was starving. The next bite I took was full of chicken bone. With my appetite gone, to the garbage the sandwich went. I had such a horrible experience I do not plan on ever going back. read more

Best sandwich I had hands down ! In my opinion better then subway.. Costumer service is 5 stars too ..very friendly and smiles everywhere !!! They even let me try a little if the peach drink to make sure it wasn't too sweet and I would like it ! And they make it right when you order ! Tried a sample of the #2 and enjoyed it. I was standing in line with no other customers in line and the lady at the registered just looked up and didn't acknowledge me. One of the cooks told her hey they want to order she just started laughing and continued to not acknowledge that I was standing in front of her. So disappointed in their customer service. read more

One of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. Fries are usually burnt and some of the employees make a face if you use a punch card or do a survey. Manager lied about how the punch cards work and I had to make a purchase. Don't they know what "Free" means?? That's not even the worst part. Some employees are nosy and lie to have their friend's back. One of the cashiers decided to have a conversation with a customer in front of me (a friend?) even though the friend was in a rush. Trashy. I don't order attitude with my fries and even then they keep on overdoing them. The mall is over all shit especially with turds like the manager. So today was my first time trying this place put and if you are craving a really delicious sub I would highly recommend this place. I tried their Philly cheese steak and it was so flavorful as well as their chicken California. My favorite drink there was the strawberry lemonade very refreshing and delicious!!! My favorite place to eat right now, yeah unfortunately it's in the mall so it gets crowded or you have to get off to eat but the customer service there brings me in. They honestly have amazing customer service and created a relationship with me and my girlfriend and now we're regulars. I don't mind waiting in line cause the food is great in my opinion. I used to go to subway a lot until I tried this place, now I get to watch the meat cooked right I front of me and they don't just put everything on it out of habit like at subway, they wait for you to ask what you would like first. So I went there to buy me and my girlfriend each a sub and also a 3rd one sick try it out and I saw that they were on a site called restaurant.com and I call a few days ago and I was told that yes the use restaurant.com and we will take the certificate from it so I go today to use my certificated or I am blatantly refused and show that they don't use it and their computers won't even take it when I've been using them for years and I 1st hand know that they literally don't have to do anything it's validated and they get the credit later so I bought some subs and I called their district manager in he also told me they used restaurant.com keyword being used work I blatantly told him that they still used restaurant.com keyword being still there still on the side and everything waste left him not knowing what to say after that but long story short they don't go by their own advertisements and also 1 of my sandwiches doesn't have as much me as the other sandwich I literally saw the guy use more and actually go away half my chicken so don't go to this Charlie's they're liars and they don't treat their customers like they should read more

Love this place! Very outgoing and friendly staff. For being a fast food restaurant at the mall, these people know about customer service and food quality. Forget your ordinary Subway, McDonald's etc.. Charley's is amazing. They work with such professionalism and teamwork. Best thing to eat here is everything.
