Even if you have a no fee account they will help without charge at times when you genuinely need help. In my case they provided invaluable help with a trust when my mother passed away. New accounts were created funds were transferred to new accounts and the proceeds from the trust were divided up between the two beneficiaries of the trust. They rented a mobile home for their young family knowing the water was unsafe. The home was not up to code and code enforcement was called. They were fined and sited. They had no water for 5 days as a result of the well breaking. A cabinet was mounted to a wall in the laundry room with one nail and it fell damaging their dryer. Maintenance came and took their functioning washer and replaced dryer. But the washer they provided didn't work! The stove had a piece of wood painted white where the glass should have been and the stove top didn't even work. Luckily we were able to give them a good stove as a result of a kitchen remodel. They let their stove sit on the porch for months! The yard had metal barb sticking out of ground in several places that her husband had to bend down with a sledge hammer so that the yard was safe for their young children. They were being sued and decided to so I'm trying to get in as part of their settlement because I lost money through Fidelity in May of this year 2026. I asked for $300 a month from Fidelity instead they gave me the full amount and send all my tax money to the IRS. At rectify it by asking me to send back all the money I sent it back via cashier which is what the banks offer and Fidelity said certified a cashier check and the certified check is just about the same. I even went to three other banks none of them issue anything but a cashiers check refused to cooperate in and now almost with the IRS I mean I will be 72 years old this year. I am living on Social Security and no pension. This was the only money I had 401(k) it was about $81,000. How do you make a huge mistake like this and then to rectify it
