Therese G., personal banker at this Chase, you are my HERO!! Thank you!! I had my identity stolen…read moreabout 6 weeks ago and Therese was able to score me a noon-time appointment at this Chase to help me sort through the mess! I am pretty sure Therese worked through her lunch to help me, so I am extra grateful to her. She called up the Fraud department and we worked through each task, then she taught me how to add extra protections (free) from my laptop to minimize risk of future issues at Chase. Great branch overall, too- I was welcomed by a lovely person, offered a lollipop, chilled in the clean and cozy waiting section for like 20 seconds, and then immediately had my appointment! Plenty of free parking. A great experience and such a relief. Thank you, Therese G. and team at this Orland Park branch. And also thank you to the nice man at the Chase branch around 135th street and LaGrange since I accidentally went to the wrong branch and he was able to quickly figure out where I was supposed to be and got me up to Therese's branch on time!!

There was a time when I didn't have enough money to even pay my bills each month- let alone needing…read morea financial adviser to tell me how to invest, save, or how to protect myself from tax liabilities, etc. But that was many years ago . . . almost feels like a different life. And after working for most of my lifetime- it came time to consolidate all of my financial advisers under one roof. Capstone came highly recommended and since they do several of my colleagues and are familiar with my company's incentive plans, etc, after a quick interview to see if we were going to get along, I contracted with them. Keith and Frank (sounds like a comedy team but sometimes I think it is me who provides the humor when I go there as they are always laughing at some outrageous thing I say when there . . . most be a lot of "old fuddy duddies" in the financial advising business) take the time to explain what they think I should do to invest my money as well as to protect my assets in the future to make sure those in my life are taken care of even if I am not here to do it. They are timely in their communication, follow stocks, make recommendations and just basically help me to make the right decisions regarding my finances. Their fees are based on what you need them to do and are varied. Plus they take the hassle of all of that away so deadlines are met, tax returns filed, quarterly updates provided, things are consolidated and they do it all with smiles on their faces no matter how many questions I ask, or how long it takes me to sign something basic (trust me . . .my living trust took forever as I just didn't want to think about who was going to pull the plug on me if I was sick. Let me go on the record here to all who are reading this that you can pull it . . . just not too soon!) I trust them with my future. A huge responsibility, I know. And one I don't partner into lightly. If you are looking for someone to help manage your finances, you owe it to yourself to talk to these guys. More substance than flash . . . but that's what I'm paying them for . . .and I'm a girl who likes to get her money's worth.
