Stopped in while waiting to meet friends and left with a summer linen pork pie, after trying on many other hats just for kicks. Helpful advice about sizing, fashion, and care for my purchase. I'm into hats and this store is exactly what I look for. I have visited hat stores exactly like this in Albuquerque NM and Portland OR and this is the same friendly, fun vibe I have found in those other shops. The person who helped us apologized for her lack of English proficiency but she did just fine understanding what I was looking for and representing her merchandise. Her English is a whole lot better than my Italian! If you're into hats, reluctant to buy cheap garbage from a street vendor, and happen to be spending time in Livorno, or just passing through en route to Pisa or Florence, this is a very worthwhile stop.
