My recommendation would be to stay away from this bank. The Customer Experience & Complaints Management representative basically made fun of me when I tried to explain that it is literally unacceptable to treat a client in such a way. Worst banking experience I've ever had. I don't know if I'll ever be able to access my account again.

My room is awkward, with a sloped ceiling right above my bed that requires me to be extremely careful when getting in/out of bed or I'll smack my head (which I totally did a few times). There's no temperature control, so you're at the mercy of whatever the entire building is set at. No air-conditioning means you just have to open a window when it gets hot and hope that the cool air circulates. Towels are extremely thin and everything about the place just seems super basic. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast buffet is nice, but it doesn't make up for having a nice place to relax after a long day of work or sightseeing.

DON'T EXCHANGE any MONEY here or any exchange place. You're better off going to an ATM. Otherwise,…read morewhen and if you do; you will learn the hard way as I and many other families did losing a great deal of money. When it comes down to it they will take you for 28%. That's €28 for every €100 you attempt to exchange regardless of the currency. I've posted pictures to include the actual FRAUD and THIEF who stole the money from myself and many others literally just before and after myself. I've warned many others and still a few refused to listen and not heed my warning and forced then at that point to learn the hard way. Situation: I along with everyone was attracted by the sign saying 0% commission on exchanges for currency. I looked up on my app that was current and it wasn't too far off. At the time it was 27.0244 Kč = € 1.0000 at 1000. I asked how much it would be to exchange €100 and his verbal response was 2,700 Kč. The exchange rate posted at the current time was 27.000 Kč = €1.00. So I figured no big deal. He then hands me a map that they charge you 60 Kč without asking if you want it nor telling you that he's charging you for it. In the end I only received 1947 Kč out of what was said and should have been 2,700 Kč. When you do the math they cheat you 28%. We figured we were screwed within minutes and demanded a refund and he argued back that we signed the receipt that was primarily in Czech. I then searched for Police and they will do nothing other than allow you to make a formal complaint. It appeared to be an extremely common issue because while searching for the place to get the paper work to make the complaint and submit it. It appeared as though it was routine without even telling them what the problem was. And while doing so there were people of different cultures experiencing the same thing. It is highly unfortunate that we as tourists are taken advantage of by many crooks and they just get away with it. Not only that but their sales tax is 21% on top of it all. Many places only take cash. This is only day one for me and already not starting off well. When I talked to a family from Spain they were here for 4 days and have been ripped off constantly. Cafes and restaurants charging double of what was said. Their example was on the menu getting charged 50 Kč when they gave a bill of 200 Kč and them claiming they only received a bill of 100 Kč so they were shorted drastically in change. I was warned by them to be weary of ALL places that only accept cash. If you do use cash; do you're very best to have exact change. Otherwise you will be cheated. The Czech Republic so far I enjoy other than the fact that it's not necessarily a tourist friendly country because of MANY places attempting to rip you off. So, all in all. If you're going to need cash pull from an ATM. If you're going to use cash give exact change. Don't exchange at ANY exchange place, regardless of how tempted you may be because of the 0% commission signs. If you're rolling in the dough help yourself by all mean. But even if I were, the mere principle of it infuriates me.
