One of the owners prepared my taxes, she had no real…read moreknowledge or skill which ultimately caused me to lose money, I chose to pay their upfront $400 fee only to bypass the $300 banking fee that's taxed on if you don't pay for the service upfront. So I received an adjustment letter from the IRS, initially i was set to get $2k back, the IRS adjusted that to $120 based on a filing mistake made by the preparer. I contacted D&A and they had no idea what to do. Could not assist me at all. And didn't want to take accountability for the mistake that they made. these people are looking for a quick buck. Kind of typical tho.. wouldn't recommend, you can do it yourself or find people who actually knows what they are doing..
