They were out of bags and the person working there made me one on the spot, by hand. They are relaxed and easygoing but take the boutique experience seriously, and were very attentive and kind to me despite the fact I came in dressed like a teenage boy and not like a sophisticated adult woman who might buy a $200 bra. I initially came because I wanted to purchase some Bordelle pieces without ordering them online, but I ended up trying on things I wasn't expecting to. At no point did I feel pressured to like stuff, nor were they pushy about measuring me like lingerie stores often are. Their website gives a good idea of what their stock is like, so if you're someone who appreciates higher end lingerie and sleepwear, I would strongly recommend them.

This is probably the largest and best craft show in the Montreal area, featuring handmade goods from a variety of artisans - whether you're looking for jewelry, knitwear, fur apparel, kitchenware, soaps or food/drinks - there is something for everyone. Best sellers return year after year, but there are lots of newcomers at every edition as well. This fair seems to cater to an older crowd, partly because everything is quite pricey, plus, some of the designs in terms of home decor and fashion aren't appropriate for all age groups. However, if you venture off into the gourmet food area, this is where you can find some of the more universally pleasing gift ideas. You'll be able to sample all kinds of fine goodies, like duck pâté, cheeses, nougat, chocolates, macarons, ciders and wine. What I really love is the free entry and convenience of location. Super accessible in the heart of downtown, connected to the metro and bus terminal. Place Bonaventure is the ideal spot to host this event. If you feel like shopping for unique items in a festive environment, this is it!
