He stated that the square footage of the home was 110 feet less than marketed. We submitted builder permit's, tax records, and third-party commercial measurements to dispute him. He used outdated market comps and homes with incomparable features to devalue our home 20k. He was also not knowledgeable in the current market trends in our area. The appraiser was unresponsive and unwilling to re-evaluate his report even after the dispute and factual information was given to him. He only got one-star because he told us how clean our house was.
