Not sure why it's even open... if you have no stock with anything... just close the store...? No? LOL We waited about 10mins... and once inside the sales associate basically says "we have no stock of any kind"... OK... then why are you open? Ridiculous. The SA was also very rude. I only wanted to browse... I wasn't interested in buying anything in particular... my friends were actually looking for something, like SLG... but the SA kept pushing some fugly pink cloth cushion bag to me and I kept saying "no thank you...". Then I realized it was because I was carrying my Kelly... and my friends weren't carrying brand name handbags for that day... bc we were visiting for only a few hours in Venice. Poor customer service there are more than 4 ladies and so unfriendly. When she knew I was going to buy the shoe she started asking me questions and tried to be friendly really....I hate people who judge you by the way you dress or look who cares.... your job is to serve whoever comes to the door period. read more

Small store with limited selection. The store is also divided into two locations, and although they are right next to each other, you have to exit and reenter between the two stores to view some items. This makes it a little troublesome when you are looking at some classic bags and want to view their seasonal items which is located next door. Or you're looking at bags then want to see their jewelry. Of course my SA was the one who went back and forth getting the items for me, but it still took awhile for her to accomplish this. If you're set on a certain model or even in caviar finish, don't get your hopes too high as they might not have it due to the size of their inventory. They do have great jewelry selection though, so I was happy with that. I would have given this store 3 stars but because all of the staff were friendly and very helpful, I bumped it up another star. read more

If you want to be treated as rudely as possible, this is the place! Sales associates stalk you and notify each other via walk-in talkie when you make a move from one room to the other. Literally if I had stopped walking they were so close they would have run into my back. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Went to Louis Vuitton and bought 3 bags and pair of shoes from lovely calm salespeople. read more

I had the worst service at this store! They refused us (I was with with my husband and mother-in-law) to let us in the store when there were only 2 other customers at that time. Then I politely said to the 2 guys at the front door "I'm going to buy a purse and I know what I wanted already" then they let me in. When they knew I was going to buy then they let me in, Really!!!! This is a bad customer service! This should not be the case, whether the customer will buy or not, they should accommodate us. Just a warning to bag collectors out there. Don't go to this store. Agree with many others who have had negative experiences here. They reluctantly told my wife she could come in, but forewarned her that she could expect no salesperson assistance as they were too busy with "VIP" customers. Of course if an A list celebrity were in there, this would be understandable, but they went about it in the uncouth manner entirely consistent with the arrogance of this increasingly vulgar label, particularly over the last 20 years. They have increased prices year over year without a commensurate increase in quality. Dior creates a classier product, which they price less cynically. Berluti and LP easily exceed Chanel's quality of leather and construction. BC similarly surpasses Chanel in quality, and its prices, if high, are necessary in order to maintain the ethical treatment of their workers. If you have recently won the lottery, work for an oil or tobacco company, or occupy a penthouse overlooking your starving, overworked compatriots, Chanel is definitely your brand. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more
