We had a problem in our basement. It took them 2 days to figure it out. In the end it was a simple problem and it was finally fixed. We got our statement in the mail and it had ONLY the total. There was NO explanation of hrs worked or how much labor cost or how much the part cost. There have been calls about sending an itemized bill to us that have gone ignored. This was not a good value. We are glad the basement problem was solved. I do not think we will call them for future work to be done. read more
