I love small town banking, where when you go in, they know who you are and treat you like family…read moreand good friends. I have used their services for checking and IRAs. Bank of the Ozarks is a strong bank, and I have seen signs all around saying they are the 12th strongest bank in the US. That says a lot especially in this down ecomony. I really like this branch, or what I would call outpost (since it is located inside the grocery store of Cranford's). The staff are exceptional and are patient with you and will answer all your questions. Much different than other banks I have worked with. Excellent customer service....more like family.... 5 stars!
