Issues: after two month of "work" Fisher Jones Greenwood couldn't provide any progress on what had to be done; moreover they have been ignoring all the messages from Sellers' solicitors, Bank, Estate Agency, and us. Result: we had to change the solicitor. I would strongly recommend you to make a proper research (internet, feedbacks) before you choose a solicitor. Good luck with any other solicitor but Fisher Jones Greenwood.

What disappointing disorganised business. It took a long time for someone to actually get back to…read moreme and then I was passed to different people who also didn't get back to me and finally after chasing, I was told that they couldn't do what I was asking as it was a bit complicated (which is not what other solicitors had said) and that they were then too busy to help. A waste of time and I think I had a lucky escape. Try someone else if you actually want some action.

Never use this company, after the death of my father they informed the trustee and the crematorium…read more(as entered into cremation form one) that they would inform the next of kin of his death and funeral, this has been confirmed by a police investigation. They made no effort to let the family know and we missed his funeral. Now they refuse to speak to family members and are dragging out probate I suspect to earn as much off the estate as they can. I was told they would write to me, I was told they would phone me, they haven't They even tried to involve the police claiming my contact was not wanted! As you can imagine they didn't get very far with that and made themselves laughing stock. If you have a will with this lot please move it to a decent firm, this lot will make life as difficult as possible for your family once you have gone.
