She came out saying I couldn't park there. Unfortunately there was no parking on the other half of the parking lot across the way in front of my doctor's office so I was going to have to park further near her office and walk. Very unprofessional approach chasing after me. Get a life. It's a public parking lot for all offices in the area. I guess they spray painted their curbs with their office name. So I had to move two stalls down like seriously. Build up a better practice and actually have clients to use your four marked stalls. No need to be rude lady, you don't own the lot nor do you pay for the lot. She could've been more understanding and accommodating to me and looked to see there was no spots on the other side. It's not like her office was busy and I definitely wasn't keeping one of their clients from using a spot. I have spinal cord issues myself so I was just trying to find the nearest parking spot. It really bothered me that she was probably judging me because I'm Hispanic but had I been white she probably would've met me park there.

Instead of working primarily on my neck, he had a table that stretched my lower back, then he put a tens machine on my lower back and left for a long period of time. When he did touch my neck, he only adjusted one side, leaving the other side more painful. Before leaving, he placed a menthol rub on the counter and said it was $45 dollars. I wasn't expecting that, but I paid. I went two more times, while he seemed to still focus on my lower back. Then, on my third visit, they said I needed to pay $25 more for the X-rays taken on the first day. Since you can only pay in cash, I paid as much as I could towards it, even though I was never told about this extra charge. I feel completely duped and manipulated! I cannot suggest this doctor in any way.
